These people are not punctual, not responding to emails and not giving proper response. I am fed up paying them calling them. I have paid and booked a system in March and still no news .. appreciate pandemic but not giving any response. Dont go to this, especially Jayanagar branch. This company doesnt a proper escalation procedure as well. Customer care is the worst system. They can not check the order status, can not give the escalation point of contact. They keep sending only non functional numbers or servant phone numbers of no use. We can not visit branch for every thing as we are not in 70s. Customer care is useless system and they are only for picking new business. They promised me call back from Jayanagar branch at least 10 times and I still not got a single call back. They also do not give any complaint or case ID. One girl told me phone number itself is the case ID. So funny and shocking to hear such things. I went to this as my friend recommended. I even referred two more after booking my system. But now I want to tell everyone on think before visiting this branch and this company.Sorry but I need to write all these pain I went through and you can imaging how frustrated one could be. 100s of emails to Customer care, individual branch managers, messages ....no use!!I am planning to go to consumer court on this branch if I do not hear back in couple of days. I will not leave this matter here itself and go to every extreme to get refund with interest.

This was my 4th sitting of ice cube at richfeel. The first 2 sittings were not as effective but as soon as Shagufta started treatment the entire experience felt totally worth the money. She is quick and effective and trust me I dont think I need so many more sittings. Its not the machinery but eventually the people that make the difference. Hats off to Shagufta. Thank u.

Pathetic service..after paying full amount of 2sessions of fue, from last one month they are not giving any dates..every time the clinic person n doctors are saying that they r not getting any response from their senior person.I mean stop foolling people..and all ur center head ,accounts department person are rating u 5 stars..i know each n every one by name coz i was also a ex richferl employee.Not expected such kind of negligency from u guys.At least after one month of full payment why not i am getting any date ??Customer care is not responding..I wish i could give -stars .

Worst clinic and customer care center also

Have taken full body ice cube service from Mulund LBS branch with doctors consultation. Initially it was said that eight sessions would be enough. However, even after completing ten sessions I didnt saw any positive results. Rather in my case it was reverse effect as I started getting growth which was not there earlier. When I highlighted this to the notice of centre, I was suggested for maintenance package on the ground that it could be my hormones that is creating hindrance for reduction. This facts were not told to me when I visited for the first time. Had it been told to me that the hair reduction is not assured Demerol, I wouldnt have opted for it. Its a wastage of money, time and skin health too as I started getting facial hair and my skin got tanned too. Would not recommend to go for their ice cube treatment as its a wastage of money.

They have the best MARKETING strategy yet they are far from understanding basics of customer service. Even if you deny their consultation they keep on calling you every month! I mean seriously how do you expect to retain customers by being a pest to them !Need to improve a lot! A lot!!

Very disappointing experience at Guwahati center. they dont plan the surgery properly. my surgery was plan for 02 days but second day surgery is not done due to anesthesia doctor not reported. when complaint to customer cell for refund no positive response for more than 15 days.
