Dr. Rashmi Shetty !!!Visited top Dermats of Mumbai but Dr. Rashmi Shetty is the best...Might have the same treatments or even machines to treat you!!But wat sets her apart is she would ONLY suggest treatments/ supplements / medicine which you would need & the ones that would help you for your concerns!!Her approach to her patients is personal...She is THE dermat: you need to see personally cz the way she has taken care of her skin her face / hair is WOW for her age... she for sure doesnt look her Age!!And thats wat inclined me to her... cz there are many dermats who claim to be the best in the market & dont have an aesthetically pleasing skin/ hair or even face structure for themselves.. & you for sure need a dermat who makes you believe in them (u can only or rather shld only believe a dermat who knows well abt their own skin/ hair & structure.. I have been struggling with hair loss for as long as I can remember.. and have tried everything possible from home remedies to all products available in the market.. nothing workedAs luck would have it, I got to know about Ra Skin & Aesthetics and I was recommended for a simple and inexpensive treatment called Hair Oxgy... Unfortunately didnt have an good experience like I was hoping for.Dr. is Nice and good to talk to and she prescribed some medicines for other issues but I reached out to the doctor on Instagram for a specific acne scar concern( mild case of Perifollicular Elastolysis) for which the treatment isnt very common and not many dermats. know how to treat it. Gave her the name of the condition and asked if they are aware of it and if they have treated it before. if Yes, then I would like to come in for consultation. Doctor replied sayin Yes, you can come in and shared details for Appointment. I went all the way from Navimumbai(3 hrs of travel) paid 3K for consult, only for her to tell me these wont go away and there isnt much v can do. We can try Radiofrequency(I have done this in past didnt help). I was ready to try again. but you get only 15 mins or less of consult and they didnt have time to fit me in for a small test procedure as they were booked. Though doctor was sweet and guided on how to use skincare and other medicines for hair and skin were prescribed(yet to see the results) but only reason I went all the way was coz of the conversation we had on Instagram.

Her patients are almost spoiled in her luxurious clinic by her doting staff.

I had a very good experience here. I was referred by one of my friends for skin care and hair fall issue. They have very good treatment options depending on the issue and staff are very helpful with post follow up checkups. My hair density improved and hair fall significantly reduced over the time.

I had the worst experience even before seeing her and now I get the negative comments. I took her appointment almost 15-20 days prior .One week before the appointment I get a call from her office to check where I was coming from. On informing the receptionist simply tells me the Dr is travelling to Hyderabad on those days. When I told the receptionist how is it possible that after giving appointment almost 20 days ago you are saying that Dr is going to Hyderabad. The receptionist tells me her Hyderabad schedule is not fixed and since she had lots of appointments there she is going. What kind of an unprofessional person does that? You expect your patient to adapt their schedule as per the fancy of the Dr who doesnt respect others time and the person maybe because they are not a celebrity yet. Disgusting.

Dr. Shetty is a brilliant dermatologist. Even though some people may find it a bit expensive, but I promise you its worth it. I’ve been struggling with acne for almost 5 years(visited many doctors over the years) and with Dr. Shetty, i could see the change almost immediately. She isn’t like other doctors, as in her treatment will be made for your skin..she doesn’t prescribe the same thing to everyone but she’ll analyse your skin each visit and treat you accordingly. There’s quite a bit of waiting even though you make an appointment..apart from that I strongly recommend her.

I had visited many dermats, but no one could help me the way Dr Rashmi shetty did. She understood my issues and explained the causes of it. I had severe acne that never completely got better until I went to Dr Rashmi shetty. She treated my acne in a holistic manner , that made it completely go away over time. The best dermatologist there is. She will never make you do something you don’t need. Infact there are so many times i have wanted to try procedures or treatements and she has said “you really don’t need it!” - and that is so surprising. When she talks you know she genuinely knows her subject inside out. I have referred so many friends to her, and they all have the same thing to say as me - Dr. Rashmi Shetty is able to solve skin/hair problems that no other dermatologist is able to. ----------------------------------SOLSKIN FEEDBACK--------------------------------------------------I rarely drop any review but due to recalcitrant propensity of Solskin support team and Dr. Rashmi, Im persuaded to write a feedback.Before buying supplements in order to resolve my perplexities, Id tried dropping multiple emails to the support team looping Dr. Rashmi, stating that Id discussed over IG that Id submitted a personalized regime questionnaire form on Solskin website and it was notified that someone will get back to me shortly, But to my dismay, after following up umpteen times, someone was repetitively typing the same thing crankily over IG what are your major concerns? But its too irksome when I already told that Id submitted the requested form then the respective team should scrutinize it and get back to the user, otherwise whats the rationale behind personalized regime on the website if none is taking notice of the submitted form?In fact, their customer support is limited only to IG and emails. They dont have any provision for voice support. Having stated above, none from the team bothered to review the questionnaire form and get back to me. At least, Dr. Rashmi should have addressed the concern by asking the respective team to assist me but there wasn’t even acknowledgement of the emails. This demonstrates an example of null professionalism and indicates the fact that they lack solicitude towards the commoners, hence take no heed of customer’s concern and the underlying cause is that their business is booming since celebrities as well as their permanent customers pay them handsome amount by buying supplements. Thus, based on my execrable experience, I WON’T RECOMMEND TO BUY RA SUPPLEMENTS since later even if one buys their product by paying a hefty price and the user has any high priority issues, they might not turn up especially over emails or DM(not even the voice support), the way it has happened to me.-------------------------PRIOR CONSULTATION EXPERIENCE----------------------------Coming to prior consultation feedback, she had directed me to her assistant named - Sunita who told me that a whooping amount of INR 6000 will be charged for which I need to adhere the duration to only 15 mins which can make any patient uncomfortable and it seems a means of minting money. What If the patient has a long list of questionnaires for a comprehensive consultation, that might take around 60 mins to 90 mins. and on the top of that consultation fee is also ₹6000. Moreover, I was told for every time a patient has to pay out ₹3000 for each consultation which means the consultation fee is not valid for a particular time span. On Instagram(Live) sessions, she can spare 1 hr. sessions but for patients, the consultation time window is restricted for 15 mins and on the top of that the corresponding amount quoted is also gargantuan which is unfair. For this Id even dropped a note to her stating that she shall make amendments for these concerns as it sounds tremendously atrocious for the people who cant afford her quality treatments or augment the consulation duration window. But she turned me a deaf ear. It indicates the fact that celebs pay huge bounties for treatments, consequently, she is least bothered about commoners feedback and hence, the prices is soaring up like anything. At the end of the, she is a doctor and would suggest her to take this feedback in a constructive manner by standardizing the fee structure for all patients around the globe, be receptive and treat all patients with equality and gratitude likewise celebs/elite patients who splurge lucrative bucks.Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

I had a bad experience with this doctor. She gave me 5 mins of her time after I paid 3000 for the consult. She was disinterested and bored with my issue. I was then handed a INR 7500 bag of meds and creams. My issue did get resolved but the doctor was extremely rude and cold. This was substantiated by my follow up session. She reprimanded me for not carrying my prescription asking me how I could I expect her to remember the prescription when she sees hundreds of patients and who goes to the doctor without carrying what has been prescribed. Even if I made that mistake, I didnt expect such a harsh reaction, then she asked if I was reminded by the clinic to carry it in coming, when I said no, she called her receptionist and blasted her. Almost felt sorry for saying no even though I was not informed. Really doubt I would go back.

My skin is a combination of dry& oily and to top it of all the more trouble is its sensitive too. Only dr. Rashmi shetty could understand the requirement of my skin and treated it with apt treatment& medicine. M super happy with the texture of my skin and it feels so supple and soft. Thanku dr. For taking such good care of my skin. Thanku to the staff too, they r nice & very caring too.

Havent met a more celebrity obsessed doctor than this one right here.I visited her clinic and had follow up appointments with her for over a year probably spent over a lakh but she still wouldnt remember my name.She only focuses on her celebrity clientele but forgets how its the non-celebs who actually PAY for her services .She will barely spare 5 mins to talk about your skin issues but will talk for hours with the celebrities who come over for treatments .Witnessed and experienced this first hand its about time we stop encouraging such clinics and go to the ones that actually cater to our needs and treats everyone equally .The reviews at practo are probably fake since she and her staff force her patients to write reviews right there at the clinic.She asked me to leave a review too and make it look REAL.So there you go as Real as I could be .Thoroughly disappointed .PS::have hidden my identity because i dont want to be bombarded with spam calls from her office to visit her again.

I came to Dr Rashmi just 2 weeks after giving birth to my son. My eyes looked like Kung Fu panda’s red-eyed cousin, my eczema had flared up so badly! Sitting at her gorgeous clinic, I had to use all contraint known to man to keep myself from itching out my own eyeballs. We met, she looked at me and said “ouch!” And recommended a super mild steroid and nappy rash cream plus 2 of her self-made / conceptualized tablets. I literally could not wait to try it and slapped on the cream / gulped down the tablets before I even left her office. The next day my face already looked back to normal! As a person, I found her to be very down to earth, straight to the point yet friendly. This is definitely not only a doctor for celebrities! Though she came highly recommended. And her own skin looks AMAZING! Always a good sign ;0)

My experience With this doctor who claims to be dealing with celebrities was the most horrible. It is a complete waste of money and time . All she has to offer is her products which are not avaliable in chemist shops, you have to purchase from her, tests non stop and treatments like facials an lasers which are not upto the mark anyways. She is rude an obnoxious ,while her clinic calls you to come for free follow- ups if you tell them you dont like her treatment they keep calling you to come and see her,which makes you think is she really a good doctor ?? Or a desperate ??one !In a nutshell dont waste ypur money an time for no results with this person.Also the room they use to give treatments is dingy and dark.so now they respond on google as it is affecting their credibility.no response was given to me when i was in tretment with them also their staff is undertrained and unproffessional.
