Horrible service and horrible products. Please don’t order from them. They just take your money and never delivers the product. My packet has been missing from the transit since 26th July and till date neither it’s delivered not refunded. It’s a mistake done on their part and till date I haven’t got any call/ message / email from them regarding the same. So basically they are looting you. So guys please go out and buy the genuine product at least you will see it yourself and buy plus you will be delivered right there. I ordered for green colour eye liner and when i open the bottle it was black from inside. I am sure no one wants to spoil their sensitive parts like eyes but they dont care hence don’t go for such online cosmetics.

Support is too bad. They do not respond to customer issues or concerns. They will not reply to you email even after 2 days. Worst support I have ever get from a shopping site.After few emails they have finally replied back and asked for few screenshots of product and package. Then they accepted the return (as it is the wrong product) and refunded.

Their are few reviews which is given by real customers rest of the reciews are made by this fake company itself.,Dont buy any of the products from this shop, everything is used product sold here which has been returned by amazon and flipkart customers stock. Everything you buy is already used by someone. And everything is very nicely coated and repaired as new. Only the beauty products is new yeah new but they are counterfeit product, if anyone wants to try checking it call to the brand manufacturers with their products code and check. If you guys gonna use their products continuously some of you going to be getting Cancer. Someof you. Google should also give negative star options. i ordered a gift to my sisters as a Raksha Bandhan gift. It was included a gift wrap along with the message from Tejas. When my sisters got the package it was a totally different one. And cover they got was having a name Sushant?? What??I just forgot the number of times I contacted to customer care service. This is what I am suffering from.Well, again I got a reply that mail has already sent to the authorised person.Again I am asked to wait till 72 hrs.There is no responsible person in this company who can give a firm answer.This is my worst experience ever shopping online.Even the customer care executive has no authority to contact the supervisor said by one of the guy named Rahees or whatever to whom my call was connected to.(i still doubt that he gave the right name).

After many followups today I got respond that it cannot be returned.I dont understand when its written on the product that it can be returned within 5 days and your team mention it cannot be.Can you please go back to your application and check the product return policy.Very pathetic service and fake norms. Absolutely horrible! They deliver broken and damaged products which dont even seem to be genuine. The products I ordered came defective and broken. I dont know why they even spend so much money in advertising when they are not even capable of delivering good quality products. The discounts they offer are more compared to other websites because their products are not genuine and hence they can afford to give enormous discounts because they sell fake products branded under the names of big brands. Its so risky to even use such products on your skin as its so unpredictable how to it would damage your skin. I hope they at least refund the money on time genuinely and not be frauds.

Pathetic service,i ordered two lipstick and one eyeliner worth Rs 889, i got message saying it has been delivered but i did not receive any of the items.I contacted Nyka customer care they said they will enquire with the courier person and will get back to me ,to that they replied through a mail showing that courier guy has this signature as a proof that i have received the consignment .I replied to them saying this is not my sign .After that i have made so many call but all in vain ,nothing happened till now.I didnt received my item nor my money .

The concept of delivery is lost on them let alone timely delivery. Obnoxious service. I never receive my orders from nykaa. I have to waste my time and call and badger the staff in customer care to have it delivered to me and they keep reassuring me that it will be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have given up on ordering from nykaa altogether now because of the disorderly courier partner i.e., Wow express. And for some reason these recalcitrant people put the blame on me saying they tried to reach me on my phone and they could not and that the consignee was not available. That is some serious insinuation against a customer who has been ordering from Nykaa since years.

Placed the order for cosmetics on Sunday,14th October 2018.Paid for it online itself. Next day, Got a message that Shipment is out for delivery before 7pm. Address was Clear: Palladium-most popular landmark in Mumbai.Past 8 pm still no trace so I called up the courier company number listed in the message. His reason: the guy couldnt locate the address!As I wouldnt be coming to work for next three days and I needed the shipment, I told him I was ready to wait at work if he was nearby.So he asked to come to Prabhadevi stn.,where in he will handover the shipment. But when I reached there,he had not yet started from his Dadar warehouse. . It was a discourteous and disrespectful attitude!Next day after my complaint, another courier guy was assigned. As I wasnt there, I asked if he could deliver to Bandra.He agreed , took the address but never turned up. After that his phone has been unreachable.Additionally, daily I get updates that my shipment is out for delivery today by 7pm. Then at the end if the day I get another update stating that the delivery has been postponed to next day.They even went ahead and cancelled my order without even contacting me!!!The courier company refuses to respond. The Nykaa company with whom I had placed so much trust only gives stock call center response .Its been a week with no response, resolution! All because the order was prepaid! They got the money so why bother whether the order reaches the right person or not!Highly callous attitude Nykaa!!#Nykaa #badcustomerservice

I have been ordering from this for last few years. They have good range of brands but few products are near expiry.Mostly all Avene and Sally Hansen products are very very old.Even told I received Avene thermal spring water with manufacturing date 01 Jan 2015!!! More than 2 yrs old product.I would advice avoid buying high end products but can buy regular products.Also the delivery is very slow (5 to 10 days in Mumbai) compared to other websites offering free next day delivery!
