Treatment provides by doctor yielded no results. Absolutely no results, infact issues have increased since the treatment. The treatment was not curated and customised but a standard treatment that is probably given to all. Total waste of money

Pathetic service from Kaya Mulund West branch. They are clearly not interested in retaining their customer base, and are highly inefficient. Their doctor goes on planned leave, but they don’t make another doctor available, they expect working women to take a leave when their doctor is available, and they ensure that the doctor is available only on a weekday. Their manager and the whole team, strives hard to not take any effort in helping the customer, in fact they insist that you shouldamend your schedule as per theirs. Their customer care email ID doesn’t work, no response is ever received. Bad work Kaya, your reputation is tarnished by your own inefficient team.

Therapist here are quite good and experienced, excellent service.. doctors guidance is good and can see n feel lots of improvement in skin..

I have received treatment for pigmentation on neck and face and after 8-10 sessions there is a huge difference and atleast a 70% improvement. Dr. Punit is very knowledgable and effective. My laser treatment is done under jyoti gore. I have had been taking sessions since August,2017. The thickness of my body hair has reduced to a great extent. I am very thankful to the clinic. Therapists are quite professional, and the services (laser hair removal, acne therapies and brightening lasers, hair therapies) have been effective. Special mention to Hindumati and Jyoti who are very good at their job and care about their clients. Dr. Rupal is also good with advise and does not oversell. However, this is not a clinic that will prescribe you medicines or cure your problem with mednicies or OTC creams, they are into the business of selling their services. So be prepared to shell out good money for lots of sessions. Try booking a package in August/September during their sale month to avail most benefit. The clinic and the Services have a good upmarket feel to them. Area of improvement could you managing the appointments better - it’s mostly full on weekends, and informing about packages at the start of the month. Some of the Kaya projects are very good - especially the AD range, foot cream, and the pure sense range. Overall, I am happy with it and would recommend to friends.
