Had a bitter experience with Doctor. She may be knowledgeable, experienced, eminent & what not...but all that is lacking is EMPATHY towards the parents to be or ONLY patients (customers) for her. Her expectations is that parents shall understand her saying in first go itself …& dare if a query, if felt, not answered is asked…will trigger her.Made my opinion after having 4 visits.I didn’t want to run to conclusions in my head before making a judgement call for myself.Being a govt servant I am entitled for reimbursement but when asked for bills or invoice…God knows which cord was touched. If she had some labs under her umbrella, then it becomes her responsibility to give the proper invoices,every time.New parents have many questions & may be technically absurd too…but all what is wanted an advice & solution of “head-grown” worries.But Dr. Mridula , having long experience, thinks the one sitting across the table are equally knowledgable & will understand her fully on the complex issue of “baby”.I bet, in my field , I may be knowledgeable but what use of my knowledge if I can’t make others understand in the way they want to understand in a Simpler yet effective manner.I will still not doubt her competency in her field but wished she had practiced some anger management or irritation control methods for herself.Highly NOT recommended from my side.

A doctor fully focused on only making money. So much of attitude! What for? (There is enough competition around madam)...
