I visited her clinic but one of her assistant consulted me. She told me to get some tests done. when I went to visit her with the tests she didnt consult properly. Wrote some creams. After using these creams my skin became worse!!!!! I have so many acne spots. Plus the staff is so rude!

I am very disappointed with my experience . Till now I have noticed that doc is least concerned with her patients after we step out of her clinic . We can’t even reach out to her after wards if we need any of her help with medications or creams or anything . We have to contact her assistant who will tell her and then let u know . I felt very insulted and rude . If she is busy with her other patients then we are also her patients who are stuck in some problem and need her help but she finds it her time waste . And even in clinic visit she rushes to finish . I don’t even get enough time due to which sometimes I miss out on certain things because doc always rushes . Very very disappointed . Also she asked me to get blood reports done which I did and I had to send it on her clinic no after which till 3 days I had to follow up with them to ask wat did doc say about reports . They were least bothered to even see reports . Extremely rude and insensitive

Just had a consultation visit with Dr. Farida. I was told to arrive at 11:30 for my 12p appointment, which I did. I was then kept waiting until 12:45 before I saw the doctor. It wasn’t that she got caught up with another patient, she wasn’t even in the building! She did not apologize for keeping me waiting for such a long time. All of this for a 10 minute consultation that was rushed and impersonal. I will update this rating depending on the success of her recommendations.

As far as treatment is concern ..She is amazing but there is no limit of waiting time ..... U will have to wait for 1 hr atleast even u r on time aa per appointment scheduled...

Actually Ive had a pretty horrible experience.1. They are always overbooked. And Ive had to wait for over 40 mins all the 3 times.2. She really mostly suggested highly chemical procedures and birth controls despite me specifically asking her to recommend a milder and healthier route.3. She asked me to get a few tests done and just drop in the reports. To review the reports she didnt even let me in her clinic!! She gave me a feedback literally out in the waiting room which was highly invasive.4. She suggested a heavy dose of vitamin A and glycolic acid. I however, entrusted her and followed through the routine. I had dry eyes and i couldnt insert contacts easily. And the glycolic acid during the prescription period perfomed well. However, after stopping the application my hyperpigmentation just worsened and is more visible now.5. Most of all. She isnt even reachable to the client who are following her treatment. I had a skin emergency and it was crucial for me to ask an alternative to a medicine and i did not receive any reply (i called in almost thrice!!) Her staff too is self absorbed and are never available to cater to your needs. I mean, no one is going to get to her clinic for every small doubt and drop a whole 45 mins and ₹1500 for a 5 minute worth of matter.6. However, the woman herself is sweet and has a great conviction power. But beyond that i wasnt comfortable with the treatment Ive received...
