I came across this clinic 2 years ago. I must say this is an amazing place for all your clinical cosmetic needs. Highly qualified and trained working professionals make your journey through the sessions so very much easy. Everyone at the clinic (Bandra) makes you feel warm and positive. I have undergone laser and peel treatment and I feel the difference and it feels wonderful. The results are long lasting; in fact permanent. The only thing that matters the most is to have faith in your treatment managers. I have never been suspicious or doubtful about the services rendered. I had a really good experience. After first session only I saw huge change/ reduction in hair growth. I had dark coarse hair on my chin and sideburns but I’m so happy now they are reduced to 50% after first session. Great experience. I used to have doubts about laser hair removal but after first session it felt amazing. The procedure is so easy and painless. There is no hair thickening and after laser your skin is so soft n smooth.

It’s the worst centre ever. Extremely unprofessional and super disinterested in providing a good experience to the client. Never ever do they give appointments on time nor do they have any time management skills. Thoroughly disappointed. I have asked for the centre head’s mail id and contact details twice and haven’t gotten it as yet from the receptionists. This is absolutely irresponsible behaviour and someone in the capacity to take an action should do so. Feels like a waste of money as I am not even sure about getting good results after their laser hair removal sessions. I want to have a chat with someone who runs the Bandra branch.

Ive been coming here for my laser hair reduction, best decision ever made. I had a few consultations with other companies but Dermatech, even thought its further from me, is definitely the better option. I highly recommend it!

This is clearly scam and nothing else. The so called unprofessional receptionist with no knowledge sitting there will suggest you something which is not even required and relevant to your need and will force you to take the service and will make you pay also for the things you haven’t taken the service for. I did under eye fillers from the bandra store which gave me 0 results due to which i decided not to continue with the other treatments I opted for. But they are forcing and bugging me for taking the service. Please do not even think of taking any services from them cuz its clearly only and only business for them they only try to upsell and gage money out of you. Pathetic management and staff. I regret this decision for life .

CHEATERS in shortI have taken lower face laser from them.. Whenever you call them for the appointment either their machine is not working or the machine has gone for repairingEven though you take an appointment 7 days prior their machine doesnt work on the day I wont the appointment but on the dates before that th machine workssYoull have magical machines seriously !!

I went for a consult in their bandra clinic. The lady(dont remember the name) she sits on the reception who gave me a consultation was nice in the beginning. She told me all the details and she gave me a spot offer when i asked her to give me some time her attitude changed and she was quite rude and on the phone they promise you something and in person they tell you something else. If you dont pay according to them they are extreme rude and mannerless. I am absolutely disappointed with this kind of behaviour. Never have i experienced something like this with any other service provider

I have taken facial hair removal laser from clinic dermatech from 2016,the hair span on my face has expanded and now it has covered my whole face.the hair which are growing now are even longer and prominent.have spend a lot in so many sessions ,still here is no improvement.the practitioners seems untrained here.

I am taking my lower face its been 2 years but frankly speaking there is no changes in it I am just spending money over there but getting nothing😞
