There is a restaurant called Kolkata rolls on the entrance. Dont ever eat there, food is really bad and staff is rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE

I have strong memories at this place since Ive had my workplace out here for 3 years.The free parking facility for the building owners is limited and a small unprotected space outside. Inside the building in a protected area, the parking charges were quite exorbidant.The office are not well ventilated and incase of fire emergency, theres a casualty waiting to be happening. I have witnessed two fire outbreaks myself out here and the ventilation is pretty pretty bad.The good part of this place is that it is centrally located so it is convenient for commute and theres lot of food stalls at the base that offer economical eating options.

Powai plaza is more small offices less shopping mall. Not recommended if you plan shop. Galleria is recommended

Here to go u can come by bus from Andheri station he will take 15 RS or u can get a share auto from kanjurmarg station in centeral line he will take 30rs very posh area with good location ..... Seems to be visited once .... U can say this location IIT POWAI also bcoz this is in opposite lane of IIT POWAI college

It is best to place for foodies and there is the high price but now some shops are close

I used to visit kabila hookah parlour in Powai plaza.So after many days I thought to visit kabila hookah parlour which is in Powai plaza so I went over there but the kabila hookah parlour got closed or got shifted somewhere else.

Greeenery environment, neat and clean place of this area, cool breezing during morning time and seem less traffic and even less air pollution. The top class posh and happening area where huge building, malls, play area, restaurants,cafe, etc to explore in this area.

Dirty place , never ever have food here. This place is extremely filthy except the Mantra Restaurant , having food here would be a big no-no.( mantra restaurant viz. Is in the same building is an excellent restaurant) mostly for those who own shops there. Had been better if it had been restricted only to commercial space and not food joints and everything.

It is a commercial mall and not a shopping mall. There are a variety of classes that are conducted. Like Musical Instruments or 10th or 12th Std coaching or Courier service and a lot more similar stuff. There are restaurants, stationery shops, etc.

It is quite clean commercial place. Many things in one place. Mostly famous for coaching classes. Opposite to IIT Bombay, Powai.
