A good experience in terms of the entire service. I had taken my mom for some major tests like 2d Echo, X-ray and ECG. Very comfortable staff in terms of handling a senior citizen with patience. Just to mention Sumitra, the lady whom I was coordinating was damn polite and handling my queries very well. I had requested her if i could get all test reports that day itself as i had many further processes after that and to my surprise i got all the reports before i could leave the centre.Thanks to the entire team of Clinico. Keep up the good work😊🙏

My experience has been pretty good. The collection boy was polite and efficient. The staff took a lot of effort to clear confusion about the test when it was not very clear from doctors prescription. Tejashri especially was very helpful in providing updates and coordinating with the lab. Reports are usually provided pretty swiftly as well.

Hi....When I go to mulund west Clinico Diagnostic that lab was very clean and hygienic there is available staff and one of them isPrachi More. I like her because she collect my blood without pain and I like her service...

Its totally unprofessional and doctors available are inexperienced. I have experience that doctors take own decisions and do tests and sonography as per their convenience.Its better to avoid.Worst and pathetic experience.

Terrible service. Firstly for blood sugar test, the appointment given is 8 am, which means the patient has to be fasting till then. Earlier they used to send their ppl at 6 - 6.30. Now the person does not turn up on time. After that the patient has to follow up at least 6 times till 9 am. And each time, the patient has to tell the name, mobile no., address and the test to the authorities as there is nobody noting down the details when it is first given !!In the process, easily ONE hour is lost with no tangible result. No reference to database, no record, no co-ordination in the team, no concept of service - only loot and scoot! And now the visit charges have also been increased by 50%.I will NOT recommend Clinico to anyone in future. If there was negative rating, Clinico would get -100% !

This complaint is abt reception I cald them atleast 15 times reception lady attends the call and then disconnects d call. Then she started attending calls n starting putting on hold ...

I went to them for my abdomen sonography. The doctor didnt the test within five minutes, dont know did she even check my abdomen properly. Please dont go there for any tests, turst me its not worth. The fastest sonography i have seen till date.All the other staff working there are so unprofessional that they dont give you much response and are busy talking about their own issues. I feel like i wasted my money going there.

No one picking call , by the way once picked and they declining....Pls dont mess with any Emergency Patient, pls try make better serviceIm tired... Pls response as soon as possible

Very disappointed experience!This center is just a team of looters , after doing a ct scan and asking them to mail the reports they never send the report and asked to come to collect!Due to lockdown I could not come to center and asked them to email it many many times , but they never did even after requesting them like a begger!

The testing was done very well. I got tsh and Covid report done. It was so smooth. I didn’t even feel the needle or during the swab test I felt no discomfort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The reports also were sent on time. Great service!! Highly recommended!

I had no option so i gave 1 star if it would had ratings in minus i would defiently give them -10 rating Horrendous experience. Totally unprofessional, illiterate people managing this place. All they want is your money. Right from sample collection to report delivery they have no clue what theyre doing. During COVID times this place is so crowded due to mismanagement that if you went to get a test done youd definitely get it positive. Their so called helpline number is never reachable and if u get connected also they vl pick up the call and disconnect it on fractions of secondThis for east pathlab i am talking such and waste ppl i am chasing for refund for last 1 week and after reading my msgs they are not replying also i would request all the people to stop going to cilinco and start gng to other pathlab cilinco has know made so much of money he dont need patient anymore.BAN CLINICO PATHLAB AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE.

Horrible service and an arrogant staff. Even after 16 hour delay in delivering the report. Rather being apologetic, staffs arrogance was at the peak on call. Their arrogance will prove to be difficult for their business one day. Right now they are just encashing on the seasonal business. Time for foreign players to step in her in terms of customer service.

We ordered for testing at home for full family. It was very smooth. The technician Swapnil was very professional. Came perfect on time well prepared with equipments and did the sample collection efficiently. All safety protocols followed. Got the bill in second visit and got report on mail same day evening. Overall extremely satisfied. Will recommend to anyone during this covid times

I had a very bad experience. I had taken my mother for diagnosis. The staff is good and directs for the procedure. Now the worst part starts. The diagnosis was done by interns kind of people and they were constantly discussing as there was some issue with equipment without doctor presence. And post that the report was collected which when shown to couple of other doctors said the 2 statement in the report contradicts that had doctors signature who was not present during diagnosis.Hence you can make out reports are also generated by unqualified interns and doctor is just for making money and not do there job.

Extremely poor service.... The staff was non cooperative. We werent told that our reports were ready. We had to constantly follow up with them. The communication was really poor from their end. I would never recommend anyone to go there ever. If you want good service and genuine results please strictly avoid going to Clinico Diagnostic Centre.

I actually had a disappointing experience with the centre near MTNL but the staff here at Keshav Pada center were very helpful and understanding. They not only took up the matter with their higher officials but also helped us in getting the test done the same day and providing us the reports on time. Clinico is a very good pathology lab, and scan centre. The people here are helpful, professional, and friendly, something that is difficult to find in health care sectors these days. I would give special thanks to Swapnil, and Prashant, for doing a timely, home collection of samples for Covid-19, RT PCR tests. They are experienced, and took the samples painlessly. Moreover, they kept their promises in timely delivery of accurate reports. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them, and Clinico.

Very bad experience. I tried calling them fromt he contact available from google... the answering machine is just played and the call is not answered. I get sms then saying we shall call u shortly... i want to urgently book for blood sample collection... but no quick response...

This diagnostic centre shows no customer centricity and gives zero respect to its customers (the staff cut my call 3 times without hearing my request completely) . Would suggest you to approach other professional and reliable pathological laboratory chains.
