The hospital management is big time money looter. Increased the prices of test by upto 90% in last two months to fund their new software. No parking in nearby area. For many tests have to go to other centres as many tests are not done at the center.If youve to pay the same as Hiranandani, better go to Hiranandani, at least you get proper parking and all tests done under one roof.Sole positive of Nahar med centre is the doctors who are really caring. Looking for first opportunity to get same doctors at a good, professional centre.Stay away if you can.

Uncooperative staff receptionist. Does not attend to calls. Appointments if taken are not registered and no confirmation sent. Once you reach the centre you are told that no appointment has been taken. I have experienced this many times .

I consulted Gunjan Kedia for Dental issues few days back in Jun 2021 as had tooth pain.Thinking she is MD in dental and would.be better than BDSs, and she was consulting in NMC which is close to my house , I saw her .she did checkup of my teeth and said all is fine with that tooth and no cavity etc.I asked her to check the other teeth and she did that and said that all is fine and she does not see any cavities while she did say that my teeth have worn out and need to be used judiciously. I also showed a point where there was pain near the top front gjms and she took an x-ray for INR 300 and said that she does not see any issues ..Later ,when I got it cross checked off general health of teeth yesterday ,in L H hiranandani , i was told that there may be cavities and 1 sure shot needed filling which I could sense as food was getting lodged there .Doctor asked me to get Whole mouth X ray to ensure that he gets to see all the detail.Now I want to consult some doc closed by who is good and expert and can resolve the issues but not getting the confidence to go back to Gunjan while that would have been absolutely convenient.Beliwve she needs to be more professional and careful and people come , pay to get the issues resolved having the confidence in the doctor .May not recommend

The place is neat, clean and well maintained. The doctors require appointment and belong to various specialised departments. Reports are accurate and Id highly recommend people this place. The place isnt a full time hospital and that is why it doesnt cater to emergency care. Also, the staff is very slow and take a lot of time in little little things that are to be done.

Billing process is very slow and it takes so long for repitative patients as well. Very dissatisfied with the service.The hospital is neat so we come here but other services are very slow..Owner should look into this

I am at least giving 2 stars for doctors as they are polite and humble. If there is a separate rating for staff members, it would be 0 star. They dont even bother to greet patients, mostly dont pick up the phone whenever we try booking an appointment, very slow and irresponsible behavior too.

WORST ADMINISTRATION!!the admin and staff are incompetent and should not be working in healthcare industry, they completely ruin the place.I would suggest the owners to either train your staff better or replace them with competent people.

Dr .Snehal Sriram tried to extract an epidermoid cyst on my back but was unsuccessful .The treatment was very expensive ( injections , procedure & medications) The cyst came back few days later , much bigger in size. She didn’t even have the basic courtesy to reply to my text when I told her that my cyst has come back.Very dissatisfied with her service .

While as a center i have had good experience with the doctors, many a times getting an appointment is a hazzle. The lines are just toggled from one floor to another. No system for viewing appointments. Even after 2 hours of periodicfollow up all you get is music and a few transfers.Adminstration needs some upskills. So think twice to approach in case you need immediate attention !

Money oriented management. While booking, reception confirmed that the parking is available and corporate discount is there as well (call recording available which I can share if management disputes this review). On reaching hospital, guard said doctors have car parking, and receptionist refused any discussion on discount.Now these are not big things, but these show the character of management and sales pressure which may hamper the wellbeing of patient... the cases we hear in news etc where the revenue is made by hospitals at the cost of long term health of patients.Interestingly, I should have guessed it forehand when their reception called more frequently than Credit Card sellers for the confirmation of appointment.The temperature and oxy check at ground floor are only done for patients, not for their relatives which is downright funny and sad at same time, relatives only need to write down the name... As experienced today sat 22 Aug, 2020.I will visit same doctor but never at Nahar centre again. 5 stars for doctor, but since it is review pf the centre, 1 star.

I have visited doctor, she is excellent. Some lab tests were prescribed, from lab I got exactly opposite report and strange thing is they were not accepting their mistake. Worst experience ever for lab reports. If you are getting lab test from here, make sure you verify those reports with other lab, as reports from this lab is not reliable.

I’ve had 3 horrid experiences with doctors as well as the facility. We went there last week in an emergency as my daughter had badly hurt her head and was bleeding. The doctor saw my daughter and made us wait for half hour (confused if sutures were required or not) as the only nurse there was busy with another patient. Then the nurse comes and informs that they have stopped doing the procedure there since outbreak of covid. They didn’t even do basic first aid. We wasted 45 minutes there and by that time the doctors at Hiranandani hospital had also left.2 years back they gave dangerously erroneous blood reports for my father in law. We got the test redone elsewhere on doctor’s advise and found out that. When I went back to NMC to talk , the doctor at the diagnostic tells me “have u got a blood transfusion done yesterday, because our reports are not wrong “. I didn’t know what to say. There weren’t any apologies or refund (it was around 5-6 k) .I see that they have replied to every positive review here, thanking and glorifying themselves, but none of the negative reviews have any response.Please think twice before going there.

They are all about fetching your money one way or the other. I especially DO NOT recommend Dr. Pallavi at Nahar Medical.Just imagine a doctor saying she has no clue what the problem is, but still writing a prescription and say that let’s try it out what happens. Very prompt service on Sunday. I called for dressing my wounds and they sent a very experienced and polite Nurse, Pratiksha Nakti within 2 hours of my call. She was prompt and very gentle. I am very happy with my overall experience. Thank you.

Good quality diagnostic and OPD services. Best located for those staying in and around Chandivali. Waiting area is spacious and comfortable with A/C. Staff is professional and courteous in general. There are a few times when they have however messed up the order or caused delays, but they are good in general.

Its a one stop destination for Diagnostic and Consultation..Doctors are highly qualified and Staffs are very courteous..A good place to recommend for..

Old software being used. Its doesnt Staff share the data once provided for all tests. The staff doesnt bother checking the registration form filled. Keeps asking the same personal data for each test.ECG room is quite unhygienic. Not sure when was the last time the bed was cleaned. The probes arent cleaned before using.The only advantage is that its close by, opens early morning and the staff is very polite. (Thats the 2nd star for)Its time they buckle up and improve their services.

Horrible and most inefficient administration staff. Even the dentist cant keep her word and appointment. They lie to our face saying they tried to call and confirm appointment. Not once but habitual recurrence of clumsy administration and last minute excuses for not sticking to already set appointment s. Absolutely pathetic medical center! DO NOT CHOSE RECEIVE TREATMENT FROM THIS PLACE!

I was satisfied with my experience at Nahar Medical Centre. With Dr. Gunjan Kedia, it felt good to be treated with professionalism and care. I had also been able to talk to her directly, whenever required and get my problem solved. I was well taken care of.

Terrible experience. The center gives no clarity on timings and availability publicly. Was down with a severe viral and somehow mustered the energy to go there only to be told no physician sits there from 1pm to 6pm. Sharing this to keep others posted. Maybe this should be shared by the hospital.

Bad experience with appointments, I have now visited four times for a follow up with the same doctor, but each time Ive had to wait atleast 30-45 mins despite taking a prior appointment. Each time some new excuse is given regarding the doctors availability. Wonder why the scheduling cannot be done better if the doctors schedule is known beforehand!

Totally unprofessional. I had a blood test done in the morning and results was supposed to get in an hour in any lab in the world. But here they said that it would take a day time which is 6.30 PM. I had visited the place at 6.30 and they said they we will e mail it to me as the concern perison was not available. which never happened till 9 PM. I had made multiple calls and they said will call me back without even noting my number or details. Thereafter I made multiple call but they phone were engaged for almost 30 minutes. Finally I havent recieved the result the sme day. They said the center is closed when I called at 9.30Im not talking about any complicated blood test. It was only for diabetes.😇

I visited Nahar Medical Center to get consultation from Gunjan Kedia for a tooth cavity. and had an excellent experience. Gunjan is a highly accommodating and patient dentist. I was recommended a root canal which was done so smoothly that I didnt feel a thing. After which crown fitting was done. Throughout the process, Gunjan was in touch with me for made sure all went well. Due to my travel plans , I needed crown fitting done urgently and Gunjan made sure it was done on priority for me. If you are looking for a hassle free , professional dentist, I highly recommend Gunjan Kedia.

The girl who takes appointment on my 2nd call says I am not here to take your call again and again. Then what is she sitting there for?

Went for an ENT. Ear wax basically. Cleaned my ear as if he had to save the country right after that. No assistant. No warm water. Told me to hold the dish while he injected the ear with cold water. So hurriedly that all my clothes were wet coz of the spilling. Of course he charged 400 for that 30 seconds thing along with his 700 consultation fee. Thats 1100 for ear cleaning. He also prescribed a lot of medicine for the cold i had a month back not now. Told me to visit after a week which Im npt going to of course.

Nahar Medical Center is for OPD & Tests, Staff is good, Good Doctors are available time to time from Morning till evening time, but no day care facilities started yet.

They have no basis of charging patients. I have tried multiple times for different treatments and what they say on Practo and what they charge you on the center has huge difference. So there are two possibilities here:1. They have no clue what Practo right about them online, a sign of clear ignorance2. They dont have fix price and they charge whatever they can from a patience, Shame on you doctors....

Visited this place, the doctor Dr. UDAY NADKARNI and his staff nurse were extremely rude in patient handling. They prefer giving preference to medical and pharmaceutical sales representative than patients. Even after complaining their attitude was we dont care.... Rate both place and the doctor very poor.

Pathetic condition of the place. Doctors does not reach on time even after taking prior appointment and the money is taken in advance to make you fall sick due to the mosquitoes they harvest here so that you fall sick waiting for the doctor and they make Money.

I had visited the Center for a sonography. The doctor Neelima Choudhary who did the sonography gave me a report. For some reason I was not convinced and decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion . I got that sonography done by another two doctors and GUESS WHAT? The report given to me by Dr at Nahar was completely incorrect . It was not even close to being correct ...it was opposite of what was told to me. I really feel like suing the Medical Centre for misleading patients like this for medical conditions .PLEASE BE INFORMED WHEN YOU VISIT THE MEDICAL CENTRE FOR ANYTHING THAT YOUR REPORTS MIGHT BE TOTALLY WRONG

Truly awesome. A family member needed some dental care and we had gone to Hiranandani Hospital in Powai. The doctor check and was indicating root canal treatment costing around Rs.20-25k. We then checked with Nahar Medical Center. Met the doctor who mentioned it was just a minor superficial cavity and finished the work in 15 mins. The cost was only Rs.1200 with only an additional Rs.50 for registration. I know in Hiranandani it costs around Rs.800-1000 just to registerIf you want sincere medical advice, then visit this place. Hiranandani Hospital is obviously keen on making money even at the cost of giving wrong advice on purpose
