Not even a worth 1 star,1. very bad and rude staff, spoiling the impressions purposefully.2. miscommunication between the staff and very wrong attitude towards customers and Doctors.3. No contacts of head person, as the head persons are very shy and could not face the customers.4. No names of the CEO or directors on the website as they are shy and dont have guts to face the customers or getting scared.5. Recommend to shut down the lab as they are useless .6. Dont have basic knowledge to pour and take impressions, they blame doctors for not taking good impressions, they think that they are above the doctor and they know much more than the doctors which is absolutely not true.7. They are rejecting the impression or making mistakes or purposefully spoiling the impression to promote the digital scanning- but keep in mind that they work in India and there are set of common people who cannot afford digital scan, and there are doctors who work for those type of people ...so stop spoiling the impressions and bad way to promote the digital scans and looting the patients.8. CEO of this lab should be sacked right & left for promoting this type of bad practice for the word of making money.9. instead of multiple branches they should concentrate on staff and the pickup & delivery time, and not damaging the impression in the travel.

Irresponsible, lier, unprofessional, rude staff. Expected delivery was three days ago but still the crown hasnt been dispatched. Unsatisfied with all the excuses. Doctor has to do the follow up, they wont call you back neither they are responsive. Nobody takes responsibility just forwards your call here from there. I am frustrated with illusion. Sure they earn their name ILLUSION

Doesnt deserve a single star too...one of the worst dental lab i have ever seen.....very very irresponsibe people.all are liar.If u give work they will do it after one month only.....

Worst dental lab, havent delivered even after 10 days, patient is very unsatisfied and furious, the prepared tooth have shifted, had to return patients money, got a very bad review from the patient because of illusion Dental lab

High unprpfessional lab. Completely spoiled the smile designing case because of multiple technicians working on a single model. Despite giving them a new impression, new work was done on the same old model multiple times. Shade of the veneers were all different. They delayed the completion of the work by a month. However, for payments, they will call you three times a day to make it urgent. Really not looking forward to work with such a laboratory.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!They messed up a case of mine and are refusing refund. I had paid the lab on 2nd March 2021, but even after almost 2 months there is still no response from the lab. They want payments to be made immediately but when it comes to refunds, they take FOREVER. Have worked with them previously, but will never ever work with them in the future. This is ridiculous and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Worst lab to give your work. They never bothered to give any update on the work sent and after persistent questioning regarding the update of the case they eventually ask for a repeat impression.. highly unethical and unprofessional lab. Wont recommend it at all.

Worst services ever.Epitome of poor management.They came asking me for work and no one is ever there to pick up.They need more than 3 reminders on 3 different media to 5 different people for pick up or delivery of a work.And staff is absolutely imbecile.My harsh review comes from a very pathetic and unprofessional attitude from their end.The scariest bit is their invoice delivery, payment pick up service or force payment collectors (despite zero delivery of products and services) is the only team functioning at top speed and on time.The owner should be ashamed of running such a substandard management, staff & solely profit oriented business. I have given them 3 chances over a decade now. I am done. They will always call back saying it wont be repeated try us But you know they say what happened once may not happen twice butwhat happened twice will definitely be repeated a third time. And after the 3rd time know its a habit.

3D scans have now made the life lot easier for patients and dentists. Dr. Aahana has good expertise in handling scans. Work turnover is faster
