Hello ,Wefast/Borzo are not helping with my shipment refund, They are again and again making repeat what happened and take forever to reply. The courier guy1. Took the parcel on 10am 19 September 2021 - and didnt even reach. When called to ask where he is he wasnt even half way there.2. Broke the package - my hardwork on my product was reported broken by courier 10min post asking him when will he reach.3. Complained twice but no help from the company to when or how to go ahead. They keep saying your request has been submitted.4. As per protocol they keep asking about the damaged goods photo, but it is with the courier guys.BORZO/WEFAST ARE NOT HELPING AND JUST WASTED MY HARDWORK ON THE PRODUCT AND NOT EVEN HELPING ME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. THEIR CONTACT IS ALSO COMING SWITCHED OFF.I REQUEST TO STOP USING THEIR SERVICES.

I have the worst experience with the Wefast food delivery service. The drivers are totally careless and in two instances spoiled the cake, both themed cakes! And pitifully, Wefast doesnt take any accountability! Seriously?? Their customer service had absolutely no qualms about not having lived upto expectations, refused to offer to refund even. Please do not trust these people with your hard work or hard earned money. You will be sorely taken for a ride!

They are by far the WORST service Ive ever come accross. They are very unprofessional and not helpful. Today marks the worst experience Ive ever had with them, as a cake order worth 2.5k was down in drains due to this bloody service. The delivery partner completely screwed up, the cake was delivered to the customer in BROKEN pieces, all melted and completely tumbled over. The delivery partner, after this, stopped responding to my calls too. Im at a complete loss, as the cake is completely un usable now. The customer was also pretty upset as they were very eagerly waiting for the cake. The customer care later didnt even bother to refund my loss and just tried to pacify with bloody sweet words. Very very disappointed with this service. Uninstalling the app as well as letting everyone I know to NEVER think of using this service even once!

3rd grade delivers, they eatup food given for parcel, sell your product on way to delivery. Not at all trust worthy. Looks like company has hired all staff with zero pay, get paid by the way they like. Avoid them to be safe.

Turns out that one of the Wefast delivery personnel took the product for delivery but never accepted my order on the app. He called me and took the delivery item but never accepted the order on the app. My bad that I did not double check on it. I was told its a great service for sending parcels across the city, but did not expect delivery personnel to do this in the name of Wefast. It was a 27k worth of product, well, it reached safe and fine. However, how do i trust Wefast again. Well, best wishes to Wefast, that was my first and last parcel through them.Thankyou.

I had given a chque to a person, paying 300 Rs., for a courrier in Mumbai (from Borivali to Prabhadevi). Its approx. 2 hrs the person is saying he is still in Andheri. Location is also untraceble on the app. No value of time with such high courier charges. I will recommend to never use it. if possible go yourself and deliver... I want to give negative stars...

My order was so badly delivered and ruined my cake, despite of informing the courier person to handle it properly he denied and was very rude in talking. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME ON THIS !!!! WEFAST is FRAUD !!!!! They charge extra money or sometimes the delivery person demands for more money !!!!! This is not the first time I have had this experience. Earlier one of the delivery guys who had gone to deliver a parcel to my client kept messaging her on whatsapp saying he is interested in her !!! Like what kind of behavior is this??? To add to it when I called him he said it was just for fun !!!!

Online Booking service seems good, unfortunately shipment / packet tracking service is very very lousy, even the customer care numbers mentioned in the web site are gong unanswered, which is very very bad, if one has to know the shipment status he cant until he calls his own client which does not seem ethical.Even when I called the delivery boy he was unable to answer anything about how can one know if the packet / shipment has been delivered or not, guess We fast should give proper training to the Back end staff & the delivery staff.The concept is really mind blowing and in a affordable price but ...

Horrible experience. The courier stops live tracking, turns phone off, is not traceable at all. He calls after an hour of the scheduled delivery time giving lame excuses that the phone broke. Immediately after the delivery his phone is once again reachable, as if magically repaired. Ive had similar experiences on 2 occasions. Their chat box is a bot and you will never ever get timely response. Overall its the most horrible experience

With continuous follow up, able to get courier boy details. He started calling previous evening to pick the parcel @ his convenience, though we had a scheduled time for pick up and delivery. To our surprise he started demanding a higher rate above the fixed rate. Even for delivery he started giving his own time and was not familiar with area.Very unfortunate decision to engage their services. No local contact. Every thing is done from Pune office. Very horrible experience.

Took 3 hours to deliver a shipment with a total distance of 14kms, during non peak times. The customer support chat is useless with a wait time of 2 hours. Not sure what theyre doing with all the series B funding. Not recommended.

Wefast is fake, I booked courier on Wefast app, courier boy called me within 15-20 mins and picked up parcel from my place, I made the cash payment for delivery, I enquired for POD he mentioned that it will be updated in app. Till evening nothing was updated in the app and no one was responding on the customer care, so I called the courier boy on the same number to check, he mentioned that its wrong number. Next day customer care responded that courier has been delivered to recipient, which was not the case. It was not delivered to the receipt. Now I have lost my parcel worth 1000 and also delivery service money. Wefast is fake please do not use this service

This is the worst kind of service that our company could have ever received. I booked the courier at 2:45 pm and till 17:47 pm the courier wasnt picked up. The Courier boy didnt even bother to inform that he wont be able to pick up the consignment and when called him the no. was put into blacklist for no reason and when called from the other no. he took the call immediately saying in a very rude tone that he wont be able to pick up the consignment, you can cancel it and give it to someone else And hanged up the call without listening to the urgency.Worst quality of service ever provided from wefast. The guy who picked up my parcel charged Rs.30 to my client despite the fact that my wallet was debited by Rs.84/- for that particular delivery. When I raised a complaint, the wefast company issued a credit note saying that it will be adjusted for the next delivery but alas when it came to that the company was very unresponsive. Had I personally delivered the parcel my expense would have been only Rs.40/- as against Rs.114/-. Customer care is also absolutely hopeless. I have lost 2 valuable clients because ofWefast.

Had a very bad experience today as the delivery was done after 2 & half hours from Andheri to Nepean Sea Road and the charges were high as I paid 312 in the afternoon on Sunday and same was done last Saturday at 220 and in one hour.The delivery boy said it’s raining and he is waiting on highway. Theyre such frauds that I did transfer money twice to their wallet,one via phonepe&the other via Gpay& verified it with both the apps&then checked my bank statement;the money was debited from my account both the time but it was never reflected in wefast wallet. They have all kinds of query options related to their business on the app(where they have given the option to chat with customer care executives) but theres no real way to communicate such problems through chat/mail/call. They should at least provide a number or mail ID to reach them so that customers can communicate the grievances. Dunzo is way better and I am going to raise this with consumer forums. Ridiculous these people are...

Absolutely disappointed. When the courier is assigned it is outsourced to another person who carries out the delivery task. When you call the contact number provided they say they will check and call back and the third party whos actually making the delivery gets in touch with you, if ever they do. The cupcakes were completely ruined.

Cheating people by asking them to fill wefast wallet, the amount gets deducted from the account and does not display in wallet. To make things worse there is nobody whom you can contact to. No replies through emails and worse customer care service.Checked other reviews later only to find out that delivery boys run away with your parcels and money instead of delivering.

Tried twice on consecutive days and had contradicting experience. On the first time, the parcel was delivered as scheduled. The second never reached till date. The courier person did not answer the calls either and Wefast does not have any direct customer service contact. Wefast said due to pandamic there will only be auto responses or msg responses. It was something to be delivered in 2 hrs. When contacted, the auto response from Wefast said someone will get back to my query in 4 hrs. From what I experienced and what I have gathered from others since my bad experience- Wefast works well in general, however if things go wrong, there is no support system to help the customer on time.

The couriers never answer the calls. Usually it takes more than 3 hours to get delivered for a distance of 30 mins as they have multiple pickups and drops. There’s absolutely no Customer care. On the chat it says we will respond within an hour but they always reply only after the parcel is delivered or if it’s not delivered for hours…. I’ll stick to Swiggy and uber parcel, slightly expensive but very reliable.

They had invoiced me additional money for advance payment.The delivery guy didnt have the cash to pay and deliver, therefore he absconded.It was a food package from a hotel. We kept waiting. The tracking kept saying the delivery is on the way. At one point I observed the delivery person went in entirely different direction.Called up wefast and delivery person. No answer.Register a complaint. No answer.Its been 20 days. They have not even called back.We canceled the order and moved on.One of the worst CX I have had.

I have ordered a cake and its has to deliver by wefast company. When I received cake it was fully damage and 3 guy came to deliver they were not having proper id, they were under age. When I ask them for refund my money they started doing dram but later they gave me the money. After that they follow at my home and ask for damage cake pic I said I will whatapp you but now they arguing that we will take the cake when I said no i cant one of guy start abusing me and my family and he hit me and we got the fight. No coordinatiom between company and the drivers. I mentioned pick up time of 3.30 pm but driver started calling immediately. He told me to cancel the order and book it closer to pick up time. When I cancelled, i was charged Rs 30. Customer care mobile was not reachable and chat does not work.Avoid using them.

BE AWARE your package is at the mercy of an uneducated, unemployed, unprofessional, fly by night operator.Unprofessional. Courier picked up from Mulund at 0100 PM for Dombivali drop. Even at 0530 PM the courier has not reached destination. On calling him, his response is that Delivery shall be done within the day as per his convenience. Needless to say Borzo/ Wefast has no customer service to call or contact.

Quite unreliable. Their delivery partners get to hand pick orders and arent distributed the work equally. Unscheduled business deliveries often pay less than regular scheduled shipments, as a result your business deliveries will never get accepted. I have 3-4 day old orders still stuck on assigning couriers but booking a regular order (costs twice as much) gets accepted by a delivery person instantly. Would not recommended anyone to rely on them to get your orders delivered locally.

Today, I had booked an order. The sender sent the parcel well packed and when it was delivered after much delay, I found the parcel was opened and also the damage was there. For which the delivery boy on calling him on his number claimed it to get exchanged with some other parcel and that when he delivered it on the wrong address they opened and damaged it. After approaching the customer support in the afternoon, they ask me now in the evening for the photos of the parcel while it was in a packed state and before it was dispatched. How are you guys expecting us to give you that pic now after it has been damaged? I have already shared the pic where the damage is seen.

Extremely horrible Experience. Not once not twice but throughout. You Charge as high as 390/- per courier and the courier person starts picking up other couriers. Pick up to Delivery 5 hours. Even after clarifying there are perishable goods.On aligning multiple Deliveries upto even 8 after 3 hours one gets to know that the courier person has picked up alternate delivery on the way. Why? Wefast allows that.Then on what grounds are you charging 390/- from a client if you cant deliver on time and are only keen on making money by picking up other Deliveries.

On 5th august i transfred 354rs to wefast account for my freind waseem ahmed ansari who is working in wefast. He reaches 300rs so his account was locked.he request me to pay my commission of rupees 354, so i did it same but still they did not transfer to his account nor they refund it back to account.more than 20 days gobe and i have sent 20email to them but no respind..really very in quality wise they ate my money.delivery servixe is very cheap that is why they took my money and not responding.

Definitely not professional at all. No management. Seems just launched the app randomly without any management team. The delivery boys are so unprofessionals. Its like random people comes on random bikes without any carry bags. Nobody having scooty. Then they expect us to arrange everything even a bag to carry load on bike. No update if the order was delivered. Also i felt its on higher side definitely. in 5kms range with less than 10kg products they charged me 222 rupees. As it was urgent for me hence i had no choice otherwise i have already started looking for alternate options. Main thing they do not take guarantee of your deliverables. You need to pay extra for that. So its like way of making extra money.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with WeFast. I sent items related to Raksha Bandhan to surprise my brother and hence i paid the payment while the delivery guy named Ritesh Singh picked up the parcel. Instead of delivering it to my family, he called my brother at the railway station to pick up the order. When questioned about the same, he cited that he got another delivery on the way. How does that make other orders less important? Arent we paying you enough? Please invest on better delivery guys. A lot of genuine people are looking out for a job.

We booked a pick up during the official Working hours, for a pick that could be done only during the office working hours, this being an official parcel, There was no Response from WEFAST - till 10 PM, and suddenly, their pick up Person - YASIN SHAIKH, calls up at 10pm in the night, saying he is reahing now for the pickup and will deliver the parcel by mid night at the delivery location, that also being an office, that was impossible. We told him, we didnt book for 10pm and please dont come any more....TO MY SURPRISE, the PICK UP Person - started using abusive language and SAID, he will come any ways and reach at our location, and SIT till the time the parcel is not handed over to him.....WE FAST, please DO NOT HIRE such kind of LUNATIC people in your company, for the safetly of your own company, the saferty of the customers, and the safety of the staff. and there us no proper mechanisim inthe APP to raise and report such matters, as is in the OLA or the UBER apps.

I will never recommend it to anyone. On 16th August I booked a delivery service from Koppa Begur to Whitefield to deliver the artwork done by my son. Pickup happened on time. The delivery person was polite. Delivery also happened as per the schedule (within 90 mins). Till now I was so impressed wow. But then I got to know from the School that they have not received the artwork. I am like WHAT??? Called the delivery person he received the call and confirmed that he has delivered it. Well, I again went back to the school, they rechecked and re-confirmed no parcel from us. I again called back the delivery person and he is like I delivered to the address. I asked him have checked the address before delivery??? To my surprise, the answer is NO. App mentioned you reached the destination and I have delivered. SERIOUSLY???? The School TBS, I have to say they are great and very helpful. They sent their person to the nearby School today (17th Aug) and got the product back.So basically it was delivered to the wrong address. I had a chat with the customer support team of WEFast they assured me that today (17th Aug) the delivery person will rectify the error. But when I called the person today he never picked up the call. So this is a horrible experience..Edit: 17th Aug, 13:40 PM : Received a call from the delivery person. He reached the place where he delivered the product wrongly to rectify it.

But after following up, found out tht the brother of the delivery guy had used his ID to do this job.Kept calling and also used the chat function on wefast. Im forced to change my review from a negative one to positive. Would have given 5 stars if WeFast had some way of communicating to the customer in case of any delay.I had booked a pickup and delivery for a CAKE. The pickup was made very late, and this I figure could be due to rains. However the delivery person Usman got the cake to us in a very good condition despite the rains.Please only figure out a way to tell your customers that theres been a delay. We panicked and almost booked another service.

Unfortunately, I too had got a very bad experience, the company contacts are not working, they are asking us to respond on mobile app, the same is not read by there team, there delivery person reached late when the office was already closed and demanded for an additional Rs.150.00 on delivering I was forced to give him cash because i needed the laptop to be delviered as I was suffering for the delay.. Please either improve your service or stop looting people.

They are doing a great service especially in these covid times... a blessing to have this type of service. I have a relative quarantined and they deliver food from home. My outfit was delivered to my boutique lady in about an hour and price is reasonable too. Thanks for this service and keep it up

There is no way to confirm this as no text comes after delivery and Please return my parcel immediately.Also, the helpline number doesn’t work and the Mumbai number 766617660 is permanently switched off. Am really surprised at the no responsiveness of the company!!

Wefast is the worst service provider ever. Their courier person over charged me, on the app it showed one amount and the person charged me more than what showed in the app. I tried reaching out to wefast on call but there was no answer, I tried via the chat option through the app but in the chat you can ask only a few questions you cant type your query. I havent ever come across an app that is 0% user friendly. Even a govt. Website is more usable than their app

I Have not received a single parcel on time booked through wefast. They pickup drop orders in between the way and always says Bike tyre got punctured thats why order is delayed by half n hour. Hope people dont send me parcels via wefast.

Using Wefast now for almost 10 months. Have been using their service regularly. Initially, their service was very good in fact excellent but not it very unprofessional and pathetic. My order took more than 3 hours to get it delivered from Vikhroli to Dockyard road. When asked the delivery boy, he answered they keep on getting new orders and they have to delivery them according to the app. I was quite hungry and was expecting it to come within 45min-60min. At least they should have the courtesy to inform if such a scenario exists, as the customers can plan things accordingly.

Order number 87638,courier person picked the courier at 8.30am on 12/07/2021 and delivered,after that i got a call from other we fast person saying that ur order is open,pls cancel it,and on cancelling order my account shows -30rs,i have call reording of that guy,no call from we fast customer care,even after chat,worst service,no proper customer care,if something goes wrong about parcel,then god knows what will happen.

I delivered these parcels today to Matunga and Parel through wefast paid 315/- but the valet named vitthal Jadhav has destroyed both the parcels so bad and delivered them in this manner. Upon telling wefast agent Mohsin since an hour he says I cant do anything about it. One of the worse courier services available as of today. They have some awfully terrible courier partners who either dont go to pick up your parcel for 2-3 hours or dont deliver your parcel for 4-7 hours or worse make you wait for 2 hours to l pick up your parcel try calling you once you dont pick up then they leave and tell you to cancel the order. IF YOU WANT TO SEND SOMETHING HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO USE WEFAST.

The courier guy had come at 1:00 and its 3:00 n still not reached.. the distance is only from Santacruz to Powai. He is so rude on the call. The guys name is Saddam Khan This is really very annoying and a fraud company.

Hands down the worst courier service I have used. The delivery estimates are completely inaccurate. There is no way to speak to any customer service rep over the phone. You can chat with them, but the response times are listed as 30 minutes. Plus it feels like you are chatting with a bot. The delivery agents shut off their phones so you have no choice but to just wait for your deliveries. An absolute farce!

My dogs birthday cake was ruined. It was picked up at 5pm at colaba and was supposed to be delivered by 7 pm..but got delivered at 10.15 pm. it doesnt take 5hrs 15 mins to reach from colaba to Borivali. Even the parcel was crushed and was delivered in very bad shape..

I requested for activa since I wanted to deliver a delicate cake. The driver came on a bike. I tried to cancel the service but I didnt had that option. I told the driver to cancel the service but he insisted that he will take it safely. It was my mistake I trusted. The cake was immensely damaged. It was not at all eatable after the condition he handled the cake.I will not recommend this service at all. Totally careless and irresponsible.
