Recently Me and my brother visited the shop and we bought Dell Inspiron 5509 laptop. The person assisting us was very good and shared each and every necessary information with us. We were at the shop for more than 3hrs had a wonderful experience in buying the laptop. Once again thank you to the salesperson who suggested us this laptop. Very unprofessional service. Only cares about there sales, They dont provide after sales service. Once done with there sale theyll forget you. Employees are too rude. I had some issue with my laptop regarding charging, I went there and they made me wait for half hr just bcs the guys went out for eating some pan masala or guthkha and then he was like we cant help you. Prefer other shop insted.

I purchased a 7400 series laptop (costing more than a lakh) from this store a few days back in end May21. I had neither seen the store physically nor I had seen the Laptop model.I trusted the store person Mr Rafi and just on his word I made the online payment in afternoon and he delivered the laptop on same day in evening! Next day he sent me the invoice and I couldnt believe the honesty and efficiency of this man Mr Rafi. I wish we had such honest and sincere persons in the sales in all such industries. Mr Rafi handles all the customers fairly evenly and with politeness and he is generally very busy so may not be able to attend phone immediately but he makes it a point to call back. Went in at 8.20.The timing shown is 8.30But attender person said that it closes at 8.00I had to show him closing time being 8.30 on web.

Pathetic Experience!! The executive Rafi who has his own company Techvin and he insist is to repair our products from his company which is placed in Lamington Road. He gives fake promises. I wasted 9 days after them and they charged me 790 for fake commitment. Looters!!
