The best place. You cannot resist picking up a random book and read a page or two while your visit to crossword. The place is big, have enough genres, toys for kids and best part you get the bookmarks free at the cash counter. You can even randomly sit down in a corner and even quiet ambience read through the pages of the book.

I love how they conduct book launches very well. There is a huge variety of books. They also have a good collection of toys, bags, stationary, electronics, etc. The staff is very friendly. Sometimes they spend hours searching a title that you asked for. On can also sit with peace and read their favourite title. There is also a cafè inside the bookstore.

Kemps Corner unit is one of the largest stores for Crossword. It has a plethora of books and non books items too!The only other thing that could have made it better is a small eating point inside...

Its always a pleasure to visit Crossword. But, the store had apparently suffered because of Covid crisis and also facing challenges owing to books available at cheaper prices at online platforms. I believe, Crossword has to reinvent itself with broad based product inventory.

Large, well laid out bookstore with an excellent array of books. The staff were discreet, informed and helpful. The elderly man at the entrance - Sur (??) - took me under his wing, making sure I had everything I needed. He and the others were quite happy for me to sit in a corner and peruse through a whole number of books. I greatly appreciated that. (and I did buy some!).

A great place for booklovers. The layout has improved in recent months and browsing is a more enjoyable experience. I particularly like it that they are quite happy for one to sit and browse through a bunch of books, to help you decide whether its your kind of read or not. Chairs are placed in a particular corner, as well as ends of some isles, where one can sit and read. Theres also a coffee shop in the mezzanine!

Perfect Sunday Afternoon place to visit. Its been more than 10years i am visiting this bookstore in kemps corner. Best thing about this place is its decorum and space, they havent crowded the available area with all the books or bookshelves. You have ample space to move around and take a corner to go through pages of some of your new findings Without Anyone asking you for help!Liked that they have put up various other Non-books items but its worth the time i spend there.

This store of theirs is out favourite for several reasons. It is one of their oldest stores and also one of their biggest. They have a good selection of books, magazines, stationery and toys. There is lot of space around the staff are helpful. They also have a cafe on the first floor which many customers use. They have limited parking which is about the only disadvantage. Must go to place for book lovers.

Its my favorite store. The collection is amazing. They have a separate section devoted to the kids. Apart from books, it also has craft supplies, art supplies, school stuff, diaries, indoor plants, Disney clothes, toys, exclusive pens and room fresheners. The staff is helpful and courteous. The staff plans an interactive activity every now and then. Its very interesting for the kids.

Crossword is a well stocked book shop with a quiet restaurant on the mez floor. It also stocks children books, accessories and games. It also has reader gizmos including Amazon products
