Bought a clothes rack from DIY yesterday (25th Oct) at a price of 1900 and the product we got was of extremely low quality. The rack said stainless steel on the label but it doesnt even stand properly. The screws are loose and the material is soft. Very disappointed with it. For that price, we should expect something decent.

The entire store is on sale. Amazing prizes and products. An entire new range of (alibaba ) products is expected in 2nd week November as assured by the store manager.

I am big fan of DIY products and I got disappointed after visiting Mr.DIY. I had so much expectation specially for stationery stuff but they dont have much stuff if you compare to miniso or anupam. But they have a good collection for Bike, Car, Cycle, Gardening, plumbing, Carpentering, cleaning items, kitchen stuffs, mobile covers, watch, perfumes, frames ,phone accessories, bathroom, hardware,footwear, toys and so on. They have tones of items for Do it yourself. Have spent 15mins here. If youre in Infiniti I would suggest to visit this store once. For some rare stuffs that you wont get in market. And yes all the products are MADE IN CHINA.

This is a home improvement store with product ranging from fixtures to tools one would require to do up ones home. One feels like embarking on carrying out repairs by ourselves. The store has hardware, electrical, tools for repair, as well as furnishing and bathroom and kitchen taps, toys, gifts, candles, jewellery etc. Shared few imagea taken at the store.

A very good store for buying things which you dont get easily in markets and that too at a very affordable cost. There is a full shelf for bday items, car decoration and necessities, DIY tools, utensils, mirrors, clocks, electronics etc. Loved this store. Purchased an electronic device and wanted to check how it works... So after billing told the guy to give a demo... Well the moment the package was opened one could make out the cheap material and broke while the demo itself ... When asked for the refund not the only the Guy denied but also was arrogant... Had to purchase worthless stuff...

Worst customer service ever!!! I’ve purchased a mouse from here. It was not working since day 1 only, since I stay far from the store I couldn’t come for exchange within 7 days ( ps: they didn’t inform also that exchange within 7 days only) I visited the store on 8th day of purchase and they refused to exchange.. the manager was not even ready to speak or understand my concern. He checked that the mouse is not working at all still he’s not showing any courtesy to help! He asked me to write an email which I did, and have not received any reply from them.. worst experience ever.. DONT BUY PRODUCTS FORM HERE THEY SELL CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS!!
