The lady who came to deliver added her personal charge of 100rs to hand over the document.says If i i dont give her the 100rs than we will need to go to the office and collect it and refused to give it. This is such unprofessional n fraudulent behaviour.she does that every time she delivers a document.her name is Vaishali she refused to give the document if I dint give her the 100rs n said ww should collect it from d office. Can I have the email adfread I can write and make a complaint too..
