Its always a relief to know that Dynamic parcel will be delivering my parcels. I frequently use the deliver without signature option as its more convenient.I have never had to contact Customer Services to complain or query a delivery.

I was looking for someone to collect an item I was buying from India and send it to me in UK....Dynamic told me theyd collect it no problem....bought the goods and rang Dynamic to come collect it and they refused saying they wont be able to collect.... left me in a very bad position. Dynamic should not advertise a service they are not able to provide.

I shifted my parcel to U.S.A.Its was very nice service with free pick up from my door to delivery at my door in U.S.Athe rates where very cheap but the service provided by dynamic was DYNAMIC...Looking forward to opt for the service once again.
