They keep some good quality Korean skincare and makeup products. The sales women can sometimes be quite pushy or rude. Better to buy the products from nykaas website, as they always have better offers and deals

Quality Products. I recommend to be a member so that you get more points per buy. Try with simpler products and ask for samples and use it during the night or when recommended. Most people will see good results!

Friendly and helpful staff. I got a membership when purchasing a product. And I get points every time I make a purchase. All the products are available in the store. Most products have testers.

I think innisfree is going to become one of my must visit stores. I went to the store for the first time yesterday and ended up picking up three products. The staff is friendly and they are keen on understanding what your concerns are they recommend the products accordingly. I am excited to try out the products. But do visit the store if you love skincare and natural cosmetics :)

This four stars are for products. Sales representative need to improve, treat your coustamer good even if they didnt buy your product.

Great shop. Just make sure you have about 500-700 rupees at least to splurge or youre just going to stand there like a peasant

When i was in mumbai early this week i was so excited to visit the innisfree shop in Pheonix mall,Kurla.But i cant tell you how much i was disappointed.The staff is very rude and he is completely unprefoessional.offers were going on so if you buy for 3000 you will get green tea small size gift pack.I shopped for 1.5K but this guy told me shop for 1.5K more i will give the green tea morning and night routine both the packs as compliment.But once the transaction was done he told as per policy it cant be done only one can be given.He could have told me this before transaction was over.He fooled me.DONT GO TO THIS SHOP of innisfree.As i love their product i dint make a scene out of it.I will shop it from Nykaa from now on.Change the guy or you are never going to get any customers
