The place is crowded due to festive season - Christmas and New Year, so please do wear a mask while visiting the place for your and others benefit, but its a pretty good place for party and decor supplies. Mostly party, and various gifting and packaging options. The staff is helpful too. It might be a little expensive but its in Bandra so, thats something to consider by default I guess. Overall, I liked the place. And also, they have 2-3 shops in the same lane.

Cheap Jack was an iconic establishment that I grew up patronising as a happy customer. Sadly, the owners (especially the guy at the counter on the first floor) is extremely rude and has no problem pushing away customers. This is the second consecutive year that I have been at the receiving end of his arrogance, and will probably never return to a shop that I once loved. If he doesnt like his job, maybe he should quit! Oh wait, he owns the place :(Moreover, the collection at Cheap Jack hasnt changed in over two years. They have the same tumblers, the same clocks, the same mugs and even the same Christmas items that they had two years ago. Sadly, they dont seem to care any longer. If it were any other shop, I wouldnt care to write a review. But when a place like Cheap Jack (the Gift Collection section) goes to the dogs, how can I not?

Abbas and family are the warmest store owners that anyone can ask for. They always ask after your health, go out of their way to help you and even remind you of things that you may need and have forgotten about. My family and I love cheap jack and will continue to go there for as long as we live in Bandra and perhaps after that too.

One of the best shops on Hill Road , Bandra, for all kinds of very useful but difficult to easily get things for the household n kitchen, gardens etc. A real treat for someone who goes there for the first time n one is pleasantly surprised at the sheer variety of things on display. Many quaint and useful things which one may or may not really know were available and that too in one single place. One can get small gifts, giveways for kids parties,games, office parties n just tokens of affection. More so because they seem very thoughtful n are reasonably priced. The beauty is that you get all these in a single shop.The owners n helpers are friendly, helpful n warm. Biggest scam running in Bandra. I placed an order for various types of printed tapes in large quantity and they cheated me by sending lesser quantity than ordered, for each and every printed tape. When we tried to get in touch with them over call, the dumb staff was unable to understand the issue and kept justifying for their mistakes. Please avoid this store. They may seem nice to talk to and professional in the dealings but when it boils down to getting work done, they will cheat you and rip you off your money.

All the shops around cheap jacks are good and with reasonable prices.Daily in the afternoon other close by shops are closed for an hour 2pm to 3pm.On Sundays they work on half day, 10am to 1.30pm.

But if ur having a party or a kids event, etc, chances are that you will find everything you need over here. Located right on Hill Road, it is super easy to find. And its been around for years so has become a landmark in the vicinity.

Highly overpriced. Very non flexible shop owners. I wanted to buy two pieces of decoration , each from a different set of two, so asked them if theyd interchangehange the pieces from the two sets (same price and quality, just different kinds) they simply refused to do it. Finally I didnt end up buying that though I bought some other stuff. Very nice looking Christmas decor but extremely overpriced. Later git the same stuff from a shop at Borivali for one third the price I paid here.
