1. Stay away from this Company as its a family owned business with huge debts.2. Employees recurited are mostly relatives or with inadequate knowledge.3 Share value of the company is at its worst.4. No new projects in hand as Partners and Investors are unhappy5. Flat buyers are looted in the name of maintenance , GST and interest . GST collected are not paid to Govt.6. Accounts are not given to the society.

This Builder is a cheater and fraud, he cheats my society, after issuing NOC,to all flat owners, builder demanding more than 25000 from each residents by the name of maintenance arrears,as builder charged 1400 per month and after forming the society charges 2300 per month for maintenanceso builder also wants the fully paid 2 year maintenance difference from us

Actually it should be zero star ,stay away from this builder sumit woods ,one of the building in borivali east named sumit proxima has still not got OC ,this builder will take your money and blame bmc and other authorities for delay in OC.Stay away from all sumit group projects.He promotes fake advertisement that all his buildings has got OC but in reality it is totally opposite
