The builder is fraud. He has taken money from many peoples for the flat since 2012 but yet we didnt got any updates on the flat..no work has been done there.and there is no official office of this builder..one was there at vidhyavihar but there also staffs just fool people with their words..the builder is behind the bars..we are just hoping for the flat or our money back..since no strict action has been taken so far..we can just hope for the things to be good..looking for someone who can help us with this problem..

Construction raw material used is also not good . A totally fraud and cheat project. the builder must return the money of buyers immediately with 20% due interest. not even for the ranking as one star. office doesnt pick up the call now a days.

There is no information on the construction atleast we all should form a whatsup group so that all get connected and we are aware how much member are there who had booked flat together we can take a call to govt to sort the issue.

Very Bad, Flat not constructed at kharbao,After cancellation of flats post dated cheque given after one yearthese cheques are now bounced.No reply by builder or his staff.

Have booked the flat in March 2013 in Galaxy Phase II. There are no developments. Is this builder a fraud? I was told that the project is being sold to other builder and we will take meeting of all stake holders in Jan 2017.Now all the numbers are not operational.
