.. He take flats for redevelopment and keep on delaying the project for extra FSI .. more then 12 years people are staying in Rent house but this builder for his own benefit delaying the project and black mailing the room owners.Please never ever buy any flats or give this builder for redevelopment .He know Indian law and if you will go to court , builder is aware it will take long time and poor people can do nothing.
