The beautiful building, tall skyscrapers, construction is going on by well known company Shapoorji and Pallonji co. Tallest towers in Kanjurmarg, one can see towers from 7 km from any direction, even you can see runwal bliss towers from plane during landing on Mumbai airport. Located at Kanjurmarg East, just 3 km away from Powai, Runwal Bliss .......

Dare to buy only if you have enough time to wait for the reply from relationship manager and other coordinating staff. I am extremely sorry about my decision and regret about it as I need to send multiple messages to my relationship managers for any query , talking to your RM is out of question as they will never receive your calls. People with lot of free time will definitely get some engagement by running from pillar to post.

I am planning to buy 2 bhk for an investment. As per reviews received by my friend they dont do compromise on the quality of construction.

The interactions with the sales person I have had within the Runwal Bliss team have been very positive. I was very convinced of the way they explained the plot and the way they handled my doubts. It was a very good experience so far with the Runwal Group.

Good investment close to Powai. Nice layout and the apartments are totally value for money. They had some good Christmas offers running which helped in saving quite a bit.

Best property in the locality if talking about its connect central & western both. Its a well known developer in the city and has very good quality, they have great customer support team and very responsive on customer queries..best property to invest it & live it.

I paid a token of 1 Lakh and then decided to pull off due to some personal issues, note that builder when he gets your sign on the application form, read the form carefully. They clearly mention that up to 10% of total consideration will be forfeited if you cancel. In my case the value of 3 BHK I booked was 3 cr, so if I would have paid any booking amount, upto 30 lakh would have gone. Only 20-25% of their inventory is sold till now (across all 5 Bliss towers) so they are desperate and are coming up with all kind of schemes like 20-80 etc. Please do proper due diligence before going for this, some of the negative points:1. Kanjur Marg Dumping yard is close by (within 5km radius) and the smell percolates to the entire neighbourhood, not at all times but during certain times of day and more during rainy season.2. Kanjur as a neighbourhood is still developing, there is ample inventory available. Dont buy this thinking about appreciation, that appreciation may not come for next 5-7 years as lots of new projects are coming and builders themselves are throwing lot of inventory into the market.3. Overall the Kanjur neighbourhood felt very smaller to me compared to some of the other suburbs, you may have to go out for some daily needed things like kids extra classes etc.4. Builder is saying he will give possession in 1 year but that seems doubtful considering very less bookings till date. So if you pay 20% your money would get locked till you get possession.5, Go to RERA site and check the booking status and construction status to get upto date information about the property before you book.Happy Property Searching!

Dont ever go for runwal and trust me who ever has given 5 star all are working employees in runwal. I know that bcoz many of them have contacted me after my booking . This people are frauds and give fake promises .

On 21st of April 2020 i had done a payment of 1 lakh rupees to Runwal bliss developer via NEFT. As on earlier discussion with Mr Karthik(vice president) and Mr Supreet(sales person) it was confirm that the amount will be refundable after you visit the site if you dont like for any reason. Also a mail confirmation was given for the same along with the receipt.On 13th June 2020 i had visited the site and found that many internal amenities which was mentioned on the official website will not be provided and in turn Mr Karthik and Mr Supreet said that the website is fake.On 14th of June 2020 Mr Karthik and Mr Supreet on conference call said that the the website is of one of the channel partner and it was clearly told by me to cancel the booked property.On the same day i came to know that the website is genuine as it was mentioned in rera.On 20th June 2020 again it was told to Mr Karthik and Mr Supreet to cancel the the said property also official mail was sent and it was told that refund will be given as early as possible.I have sent total 5 reminder mail to Mr Karthik and Mr Supreet regarding refund and no response received from them.Finally a full refund received after 105days (after cancellation)after literally begging for my own money....Think twice before investing as they will offer you good deal but they will do cost cuttings in many things.They told that they have done 300cr bussiness but they took more then 100days to refund 1lakh.Doesnt make sense.....

Never book your home with them, they will alure you to pay refundable booking amount by slashing the prices which they will never refund. Very unprofessional. They got rera date extended by 1.5 years during Covid even when all other builders took extension by just 6 months. Total fraud guys!!
