I saw the sample flat at Rashmi office NEVER EVER BEFORE in Naigaon. This sample flat is so gorgeous with all those 75 + amenities which includes all the necessary household requirements like 2 units 4k LG T.V , LG Refrigerator of 256 litre, 2 units of LG A/c, Dining table with dinning sets, Sofa cum Bed, Ra-cold Geyser 15 L, LG Washing Machine, etc. all with reasonable and within the market price . My suggestion to all those who are looking forward to purchase a flat in naigaon must at-least once should have a look at this sample flat else you will regret afterwards.

I have already purchased a flat at Rashmi star city phase 1 in 2009 and already got possession. The sample flat how I have saw, the same I have got. So a lot of trust with the builder have been build. Now the new launched sample flat with 75 + amenities is more exciting. Great sample flats. I personally visited today. The apartments and their quality is really good!There are furnished and semi furnished flats available.Also, once you move in, every single corner is furnished with thoughtfulness and concern. The flats are furnished in all sense by keeping in mind the daily needs. The equipments are all there! There is everything possible to kick start your beautiful stay!

Today I visited the Rashmi office and took a look over their sample flats and I was more than satisfied looking and listening to all the amenities the builder is going to provide us customers with the flat. Too crowded and small area, roads are neglected and have developed pot holes and garbage bins are overflowing leaving garbage on the road, only a few grocery stores are available and nothing much.

The inside roads have many potholes.Many shops were open.rest it ok kind of society

Its a large complex. There are number wise buildings (A1, A2, B1, B2). There are shops also for daily use materials, food items, dairy, grocery store and bakery. The flats are quite sufficient for a small family. The flat rates are cheaper.

I have booked in rashmi star city phase IV in sep 2012, it was committed by the builder that posession will be given in 50 months, now its 2021 almost 9 years to complete, still no clue when the possession will be handed over...false commitments

The area is peaceful and although within the city, it gives you a vacation feel. It is a perfect gateway after a long tiring city day. The property prices in this area are within 40 lacs, so its a perfect time to enter. Another 10 years and this area too will become super crowded.

Rashmis star city has the best security with multiple guards available in night too. I would definitely Suggest this place to everyone. Traveling is quite easy. Also you get public transportation easily. Just 10 minutes away from Sai baba temple. Awesome place. Just go for it.

Nice, clean and good looking from outside.I had not spoken with resident so dont know about water, maintainance.Internal Roads were nice and broad.Connectivity from naigaon station to star city is poor very bad.its almost resking your life, first you need to go through too old bridge then auto riksha takes 5 people at a time if you are 4/5 or man you forced to sit in front and you pay same for sitting half out side.

The construction is good but connectivity is not that great. Some constructions are happening which will resolve this problem in future but for now you are at the mercy of rickshaw walas.
