They give only 1 parking per office. Which was kind a very stupid . They wont even allow bikes

Very good and systematic Architecture. Common washrooms. House keeping department has improved their quality of service as compared to the time when I visited this place for the first time.

This building looks all fancy and premium but trust me, avoid it if you are planning to move here. The security and building staff are rude to most people, they are too judgy. Single service lift is a big joke for a 19 floors building. People carrying extra luggage or bags, couriers, delivery guys are pointed towards service lift. And its like waiting for a lifetime if you going through this lift, since its the only service lift.So if you are company who highly deal with couriers then avoid this place, because courier guys hate coming here.PS: I had my own office here for an year and we moved out.

Security is tight. The building is very tall and has many offices. Theres a lot of parking space. Its easily noticeable from the road. Its constructed magnificently. The view from the top floors isnt very pleasing as its only buildings and electrical wires but its still better then some other views.

Good infrastructure. Canteen facility with tea, coffee and basic snacks in working hours is missing

My previous office was situated here.One the best commercial complex with all the hygiene and facilities.

Its is one of the main Corporate Office in Powau.Its opposite of MTNL office,well maintained office and Corporate Office.

State of the art office building with central air conditioning and ergonomic space management!

Not a good place. Security is rude with the employees working in the building. Service elevator is most of the time not working. People are forced to use the service elevator to go to parking. Washroom dont have tissue paper. Washroom dont have ventilation systems, you end up in suffocating smelly closed place. Many more complaints but no one to solve the tenant and owners problems.

Nice lobby and security. Parking is sometimes allowed inside, otherwise road parking is ok. Floor numbers start from 6! Strange! Otherwise it is a superb office complex.

Nearest station is Saki Naka metro station.Office spaces are beautiful. Good security. Parking available. Pleasant environment inside the building
