CRM staffs are not at all cooperative. Never ever to reply on emails or never attend the calls. its pathetic and terrible experience while dealing with the CRM team, which is sit on this office. I think Kanakia higher officers should do really something about this CRM team, I would suggest change the team completely and higher some really good and professional peoples from the market. There are sales team are good.

Just came today for an official meeting. The place is in prime location with a beautiful interior and front office. Very good for setting up new work place as they have business centers as well as car parking place and other modern facilities available. The building looks stunning.

I purchased the Flat No 203, B wing Kankia Zen world and take possession on 07/02/2021 and started staying on 02/03/2021 within 2 months i found the tiles work is defective so i replace the tiles in my own cost and now the Leakage has been started within one month form the Common Bathroom . i upload photo the leakage.

Requesting you to put my number on DND. Daily getting calls from your sales office to buy a property even i have never showed a interest nor i inquired for.

The building and atmosphere is superb. It is corporate office.

The place is good. Well established with lavish decor, eye catcher attracted but when you will work here. Its the most horrible place to work as salary is not on time, lots of rules and regulations which I found irrelavant. HR are very rude, not decision maker as in emergency they cant take decision, not helpful and careless. Do not go for the name or brand look for there qualities too.

Post staffs are not cooperative. Not happy with them.

Amazing building & well lit

Located at approx 30 dist from Airport and Andheri station. Right next to Marriott where our Foreign colleagues/guests can stay and reach office in less than 5 mins!Well maintained, gives you that true corporate environment to work!

Nice though there is no proper washroom for guest visiting the building. There are chemical toilets really shoddy, filthy, literal broken kept at the back side of the building. Badly managed. Such a beautiful building and such bad toilets tarnishes the reputation.

Never seen such a fun loving crowd in such a beautiful made office. The landscape is amazing and working environment is formal but fun to work in!

This office space is good there are two buildings attrium 1 and attrium 2. Small Office space and great space. It just next to Marriott hotel. The entrance is same and most of the time people are confuse. The JB Nagar metro station is just 10 minutes away.

I went to see a property in one of their projects and ever since then Im hounded by them with calls. Polite requests just go unheard. sick of this !
