Pankaj at Bohemia Crystal couter of Home Town outlet at Vashi did a fantastic job of explaining various offerings of their product range. He patiently explained about lead free crystal glass having a spill free laser cut rim. What are their benefits and all. Kudos to their service!

This is based in the Centre ONE mall and is a part of Big Bazaar Group. Surprisingly, they have kept a good QUALITY products lined up and keeping with the trends and demand of consumers. The reason I am giving 3* rating is because of the Poor Salesmanship and Lack of Product Knowledge. Senior Managment should make a NOTE this feedback coz, I have tried to pass on the message but I guess it has fallen into a deaf ears... :(
