HomeLane care is very responsive. We had some issues with our kitchen shutters and side panel, upon raising issue ticket, they arrived promptly on next working day for the replacements. Mr. Rahul Nair and his technicians( Mr. Ashok Vishwakarma & Mohit Vishwakarma) were very cooperative and finished the work as promised. We are satisfied with their work

The biggest blunder we did in 2020 was to avail the services of Homelane. What they promised pre sales and what we got post sales had no correlation. The coordination amongst themselves is questionable too. Please do not go for what you see in the Showroom at Goregaon. The quality of the product specially the name of Armadio wardrobe is nothing but expensive Aristo Shutters which are useless. From the day they were installed and until today, we have nothing but problems. The shutters are very poorly designed. The quality has been very inferior. The shutters have already been returned and repaired more than 20+ times and still we have issues in them. There have been times when the entire shutter would almost fall off due to the bottom tracks coming off suddenly. The measurements were taken almost 10 times by separate teams of Homelane and Aristo both, however there were several mistakes and lack of coordination amongst their teams. I am in the process of preparing a detailed report which I shall be posting soon and on various sites and also on you tube for the benefit of the future customers so that they dont feel cheated. It has been over a year since we had booked however the project is still open as we are now having billing and refund challenges. So be prepared for a headache is you avail their services. Its just been 1 year - doors are squeaking on all wardrobes, granite in kitchen is moving, gaps in wooden flooring, wallpaper is coming out slightly and so on.While the delivery is very professional, quality of work is very poor for the price.

Good quality modular furniture at reasonable price, varied design options, seamless experience in terms of customized furniture equipment arriving at doorstep within short timeline. Very professional workmen who install the furniture within few days. Definitely recommended for anybody planning to install modular furniture. Apart from the experience centre the overall service and delivery is very poor.. there is no commitment to timelines... quality of work is very very shabby... we paid nearly 15 lacs for kitchen without appliances, wardrobe in bedroom, painting, electrical and floor tile installation work. We also did balcony extension work in kitchen bedroom and living room.. It not worth the quality though...Delivery team and nearly no quality checks get done. You will have to personally check and correct their work on a daily basis...It’s taken us 100s of phone calls to multiple people to make them come again and again to finish the job. Poor investment from our end and we just brought into the sales pitch and the sweet talks.For mgmt- I’ve reached out to you guys multiple times. And you can look me very easily with my full name.

The care executive Rahul visited the site and promptly agreed to replace the whole cabinet.The new material procurement took a couple of weeks but as soon as it was received Rahul was very prompt to arrange the installation.Homelane managed to fix the seepage issue as well and replaced the cabinet under their warranty.Thank you!The response was prompt and the technician was very professional. Issue resolved with quick turn around.

Also the team formed for our dream home project, they did work remotely from one point hence they were always blank and absent mind whats actually going on site. Also the work carried out on project through local unprofessional vendor, who were unable to execute as per plan. On many occasions we have to interpret and intervene in the job carried out. Not at all happy customer, and cant recommend HOMELANE anyone in future.

I found Homelane through an online link and after a background check against various other competitors, I zeroed-in on them. Right from planning to design to production to final installation, Team Homelane has done a fabulous job. I got 2 bedrooms and modular kitchen done.Things to Love:1. Quality of materials used2. Bad experience...it was too bad experience. Wasted my time. Set up meeting thrice and cancelled. They will everytime say that our designer will come and share details but nothing happens. They dont even inform that they are cancelling the meeting. The rating 4.2 looks fake to me. Refer to the whats up discussion. It was me always following up...

The experience centre or showroom is wonderfully designed and I liked the way they take you through the same. Give a good explanation on the designs and also the team here is courteous and polite to answer all your questions.

It better to hire a local vendors, instead of Hiring a big Fat Liars, who has no value of Professionalism. They charge you more than the double n give u 3rd grade quality service. You hv to drag your to call, follow up for every petty issues, they Take all payments in advance n u hv to run Behind them.My flat renovation work is still gng on, for installation which they hv committed its taking too long time n yet not completed.No one is replying, no one is picking call.I really regert Hiring Homelane.

Better value for money than Livspace or Other vendors.Collaboration with Urban ladder and other parties ensures a wide range of catalog.Its not a complete one stop solution for all your interior needs. Inexperienced carpenters and electrician. You will have to invest your personal time to get the desired output.

My Google Review # 000153.This is one of a kind interior-experience-centre in the city, with the likes of Design Cafe, Home Town, Neelkamal etc.The USP is the set of professional staff that is there to assist you with your queries. They are architects/ interior designers/ engineers and so on.The location is just opposite Oberoi Mall, as a landmark. However, it is better if you Google it up and drive very slowly on the Western Express Highway, as it is located on the corner of one of the roads. Once located - Chintamani Avenue - you can park your car there, informing the guards.A typical visit to this place takes about 3-4 hours, if you are planning on giving some concrete shape to your ideas. The mock-ups done for kitchen and other rooms are really an eye-opener. The key thing to look out for is the type of fittings and the varieties to suit your budget.Date of Experience : Nov 2019.

Even though there were initial hiccups, their manager Mr. Girish convinced us to go along with Homelane and we have no regrets at all. It was a good experience and they have made it nicely. Customer gets good understanding of the different types of furnitures and fixtures. In wardrobes they have limited options. Only thing that they dont have end to end solution.
