We had put in a deposit 10 years ago, The house is still not built, they keep promising, never responsive, Kashmira Sethna took our deposit in New York, never responds, templating lawsuit.
Eligible for Zero Star Rating. Absolutely non reliable Company including the Director Mr. Kishan Kedia. I have paid them money since April 2012 and awaiting for refund of my money since then. The cheque given to me got bounced and Mr. Kishen Kedia does not respond to my calls or messages on watsapp nor does his office provides a response for refund of my hard earned money.
Total scam. Delayed projects, promise of refunds and then no answer. I suspect People will be subject of class action lawsuit suits in us and abroad.
Scammers, fraudulent, deceitful building company. Avoid at all costs. Multiple delayed projects since 2007. No contact. Will eventually be removed from Mumbai Stock Exchange.
