Love the infra and facilities. Some rules and regulations just seem out of place. Like if you get some home appliances/home renovation material/sofas delivered, they dont let delivery guy in without paying matadi(supposed to carry the delivery items from delivery guy to your flat) at least 500 or 1000 who just gives a slip and doesnt even do his work. There are more regulations that need attention and correction.

Very quite n peaceful location. Great Amenities and strong security and pleasant staff. Next to Western Express Highway n close to Oberoi mall great advantage. Very good schools and market around.

Its really very huge...4 floor of big parking slot and have beautiful design and advance lift or equipments.Area is also calm and near by Western highway. Mumbai

Its all over good , Like views , jogging, school 🏫 , shopping & the environments of Aarey.But, the price of Oberoi Esquire flat is very high . Like if you want to compare with the others flat near by location. Thats not fair . Which is too high like You are going to buy golden flat. 🎊Thats not fair with the price..

The project must be great but the behavior of the sales team is extremely unprofessional and rude especially someone by the name Vaibhavi. It seems the sales are good as there is no decency to talk over the phone. If there is a grievance then instead of listening she kept on arguing which is abysmal.Hope Oberoi Realty teaches this to its sales team.

Nice location but Oberoi is using dry wall system as partition between rooms and between flats. This is not explained in any of their brochures. No one is able to explain whether this system will be as solid as the traditional wall.
