Pathetic service by entire team. None of the teams are responsive and the handover process takes forever despite 1000s of follow up emails and visits.Their stand keeps changing every time you meet their personnel and theres absolutely zero accountability for their actions.I had been promised possession of my flat within 2 months of booking and its been almost a year and yet I have not even received in writing that theyll give me possession by a particular date. Actual possession is a distant dream despite my countless visits, phone calls and emails.Not to mention, their site team fooled me into paying the entire sum including club charges, maintenance etc in advance promising speedy actions after I paid the entire money. Its already been 6 months since I made full payment and they have been sleeping on it ever since.

Horrible experience with Ekta and their services related to flat posession. I have booked the flat in ekta Brooklyn in 2013, till now no possession. Ekta has not even updated me the status of it. No reply to emails. No reply to calls. I have not been contacted by them about when it will be ready and when I will get posession. Extremely frustrating!!!!

I purchased a 1bhk at Ekta Parksville in the month of March21 (second owner) and still havent received its possession.The builder gave an NOC to its first owner to sell the house and now after every formality is completed, i.e Disbursement etc, the builder books show a due of 50k from its first owner and I do not get the keys until this is cleared.I am still finding it hard to understand how was an NOC given when there were dues on the property and why wasnt it conveyed to me at the time of purchase.I am not paying my EMIs with no house.Worst service ever.

I had the most horrifying and unpleasant experience with Ekta World. I received the possession extremely late and I have still not been allloted the parking after innumerable follow-ups on email.Further, No intimation was given by Ekta for the electricity meter facility and even after requesting multiple times to give us the facility for 2 days it was not provided. No electricity meter is available even after 1 year of possession.I hope you take a call accordingly before purchasing a flat with your hard earned money at Ekta Parksville.

Ekta world never give project in time and delay is almost 5 years to 10 years.I booked one of its project ekta parksville after 10 years also not get all amenities as promised even Electricity such a basic thing. Also nobody responding also. Why they had taken possession full amount one year before if the project was incomplete. Still running here and there and nobody responding for the Electric meter.

We have booked a apt in goregaon, Ekta skypolis.. The project was to be handed over in 2019..no response from them and we got to know that these builder has not yet paid the landowner their money. So the matter is in court.. I wonder what RERA is helping people like us who r salaried class n have huge bank loans n have to stay in rented apt as well as pay instalmentsHow and whom to ask for help..

Even after paying full amount , regarding possession of my flat in Virar there is not a single courtesy call from them. They delayed my possession by one year. No compensation nothing. Before buying property they are very sweet, but once you book, they forget their promises.

Fake promiseI gave 91% payment on September 2016My possession date was February 2017When my possession was delayed, they told to wait 6 month till August 2017 and promised me if they failed to give possession then company will pay me interest (Market rate),When they failed to give my flat till September 2017 theyre telling me to wait till March 2018 or you can case on company (Ekta World).They are not giving me interest as said.Reason given by them :-1. RERA Act from May 2017.2. Insurance Company withdrawal from Ekta World.3. Material cost increased.My point was that my possession date was February 2017 and RERA act started from May 2017. (3 months later)Promised me to pay my interest.** Such a big company but fake promises******* Dont trust them**** please buy property before clearing all this.***

I have purchased flat in ekta parksville in the year 2011 taken possession after 8 years. Electricity meter not yet installed. From 2 years my electricity cut kiya hai. Iss builder ke jaal mein mat phasna. Nahi to aapki zindagi bardbad ho jayegi. Trust me builder sabko dhokha deta hai. Abhi tak virar mseb ka meter install nahi hua.
