Looks like fake reviews are being put out.The existing tenents of patra chawl have not been allpted houses and also not paid rent for some time. There will be no OC till they are handed possession.Apart from above construction quality of building looks good.

Is the building ready? Have been passing through this area every 2nd day ; All I see is only 2 big buildings standing . Its not even ready and people are giving paid reviews

Very Sad Experience. I went to see flats for buying through somebodies recommendation but was really disappointed with their attitude and behavior.People in the sales definitely are not humble et al. I realized that they have no interest in selling their flats. Dropped the idea of going inside to see. Management should definitely look for some courteous staff and managers.

After purchasing the Tripolis. Ekta went back on their deal and did not honour the 25/75 scheme which they were promoting. Unable to get a reply and they stopped sending me updates. They don’t reply to my emails or calls. They’ve been avoiding me and owes me $$ too. I would suggest prospective buyer to be aware what they getting themselves into. IM FED UP WITH EKTA.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

One of my friend introduced me to Ekta Tripolis, it is one of the best projects have come across the location is also good. I am planning to buy a place here.

Said project is situated on Mhadas land. As per triparty agreement OC will be given unless and until possession of redevelopment of Patra Chawl project as well as units pertaining to Mhada. It will be a high risk to invest in this project right now.
