Its a group which only believes in only cheat.I have came to an worst experience shared from a person who is a noble person unfortunately he booked a flat in 2014 till now building is not ready and the flat he booked is now given to others and they are saying you have booked different flats and they are saying if you want the flat that you booked then you have to pay penalty.He tried to contact Owner but he is not interested at all to help the peoples.If you have not completed building yet then you should give penalties to the peoples who have booked flat in your project.One of the group who only believes in corruption and loot.They are doing fraud with the peoples.Government should take action against such builders who are doing fraud with the common middle class peoples.I believe in God and I know everyone has to suffer for their Karma so you peoples also get ready to face because god will do the justice with peoples who have suffered because of you.

I am resident of Sheetal Airwing. We had given contract to DGS group for redevelopment of our society. Against all odds this builder has delivered on his commitment to give Full OC. The Full OC was delivered todayon 19/ 07/2021. Mr Brahmdev Shukla Director of DGS group has delivered on his promise of completing a tough project.

Pathetic construction most of the flats have the leakage issue from ceiling during rains its really difficult to stay in such a flat and builder is not helping, not a good construction neither customer support. please be aware before purchasing flats from this builder.

DGS group is Very unprofessional company . They will give you false promises during flat booking , once token amount is given & flat is booked DGS staff will not give you any after sales service. der marketing head Mr Tiwari is very unprofessional & he doesnt care about customers problem . Directors of company are not reachable, Accounts department is useless they dont know any accounting practices , rules & regulations . From last three months i am following for my booking amount refund but nobody is replying to my phone , emails.The cheque also dishonoured due to insufficient funds in DGS account but they really dont care abt this big default . They will not show you any papers related to project at the time of booking , They are also doing marketing & Sales of flats without any RERA registration ( Which is illegal nowdays). Please dont do any deal with DGS group , Dont put your hard earned money into any of DGS projects . DGS is the worst redevelopment builder in Mumbai dont do any redevelopment agreement with them . Be safe Be intelligent.
