Nice developer have some luxury as well as average property. But the one which is near my house that property is really good.One should go for Investment as well as end use.You get good connectivity of Mumbai Central Station and in future you will also get metro station at walking distance.Have market as well as mall. Near by.

This company is a big fraud.I had booked a flat in their project at dahisar,The possession date in agreement was 2015 that also with grace period,But still they have not given the possession.All fake promises.They siphoned off the money and for 4 years the project was stuck,and the developers said that they dont have money..Do not trust them..Beware..

Bought flat at orchid ozone project in 2009. Still waiting for possession. Dont buy dB properties.
