I have very bad experience at TFS Mumbai domestic airport. Staff just ignored me when I was expecting someone to come and take order. When I spoke to executive, he just apologies.Keep star rating by customer at the time of payment and change the staff if they are not serving customers properly.Food quality is very badServices are very poor

Worst company. No proper interviewing protocol. Manager there doesnt have a manners of speaking well.When during interview itself they harass people, I wonder how they will be treating their employees.

I had a portion of pongal at the stall near check-in counter .first of all the dish was taken from a steel shelf .I dont think it can be stored that way. I asked the cook when was it made he said an hour back. I felt the portion was too less for the rate 200.also he didnt serve coconut chutney .he gave me pickle. There is something serious ly wrong
