They offered me a night job of Rs 15000 p.m 6 month probation,even though i have 3 yrs exp. But their demands and rules seems like they are offering civil service job . Highly exploiting rules and trapping agreement clause with utter cheap payment scale.

I am an employee. Good behaviour of staffs and boss, calming working environment in huge work pressure and a normal to handsome wage keep me to work hard to this company.

First of all, the company is good but i am not selected in first round.

Politics are too much in this office in this office you can surely make good friends but as a work profile you wont get any knowledge as a fresher you can start or for pocket money this company is good . Monitoring TL is worst as he do politics with their team mates to remove them from office .

An office full of unprofessional employer and low paid employees,they dont want good employees they just want donkeys to work extra time for them and the TLs they themselves are not aware of the process and then too keep on ranting random stuff for no reason. They will ask you to put notice 2 months before terminating service and pay you later after a month of resignation.Being a working student TL never supported flexible timings which he promised while joining while the profile was amazing and worth working but the TLs action compels one to quit.Disappointing experience!!!
