Amenities are great.. definitely a great step towards improving your lifestyle..I loved the great outdoor atmosphere..one draw back very less toddler play area/options..slides, swings would have been wonderful. The flat rooms are good, spacious though bathroom space is small. All in all a good investment.

Society looks quite good from outside. Major problem is unruly and mis behaviour of the staff who maintain the facility. specially Mr Ketan from FM office who does not have any sense on how to talk with inmates, very rude behaviour. would not recommend to buy/go for rent. initially all will be good then the real story starts as it is not well managed.

When the name is Vasant Oasis- Luxurious Apartments but trust me its like a resto with great food presentation buf very bad taste. It is a very hyped Apartment only because a pool and proper arrangements but the flats are a joke and not at all value for money. Pool is very good, security guard and the staff is co-operative but yes i will witte again Not value for money

Major seepage problem here in almost all flats and people in authority are turning deaf ears for rectification .Because of dampness, the walls even got infested with termites but thankfully my landlord was was kind enough to pay for the expensive treatment . Very poor quality flats

Its good for residential, but if u go as guest their will be so many roles imposed by security.

Builder is a cheat.. He has done substandard construction. Major leakajes occur in most flats. He will charge you amounts over and above the agreement at the time of possession under the garb of amenities..Look at the huge leakages in the flats. The builder will make you cry..BUYER BEWARE!!!

Centrally located. Superb club house. Amicable but vigilant security. Neatly built flats. Very good response from maintenance team. Here and there a bit of water leaks.

Very POOR Quality of construction. Many Flats have Leakage ISSUE, and Developer is not willing to resolve the issue despite of writting to them many times. They keep changing the Plans and reducing the OPEN Spaces shown in the Plans earlier.

Total concrete jungle. Not a good option.

Vasant Oasis is a big apartment complex constructed by the builder. Its like many other building cropped up in Mumbai. There is nothing to distinguish it from others.

One of the best housing complex in Marol, Andheri, Mumbai. I stay there often. It also has vending machines for your daily needs.

Social activities. Sports facility very good.

The builder is a big cheat. He had promised for green space. He has built buildings there. There is a leakage problems in the flat. He is using the stilt area where children play for parking. This was never in his plan before.We have been cheated.

Cosmopolitan society. Well maintained with good facilities.

We were promised a car free walking and jogging area during our flat purchase. Now cars have been allowed and builder has misused his powers by also erecting stacks for parking. The builder has arbitrary rules, the Facility Management office is a team of highly rude builder men who see no problems in builder construction work going on entire day and night. Poor residents are at mercy of these people who take decisions on whom to allow entry and deny at their own whims and fancies.
