As of 16th march 2021 the building is still under construction from years but the veiw from the top floors is good. Well maintained society.

There is still construction work going on in the building, so its unbearably noisy and dusty. The swimming pool is being shared with a building next door so that is under dispute and is not working, and its been like that ever since the society has been built, and regardless of what people say theres very less possibility of the swimming pool being opened properly, it is only for show.The tiny gym is always full. The entrance to the building is very filthy.If you are looking to rent/buy property here negotiate properly keeping these things in mind.

Please dont take this place as there if you are a family person this place has mosquitos n issues .Maintenance in building is low .This place is not for family . Only for couples.Children play area is also not cleanOne should not pay more than 26k on rent for 2 bhk10 nov 19 - height of ignorance and nexus of security and washing person. . Mr deepak head ( seth clarion)of security call in to tell that you need to pay for extra rates for car wash.

Amazing Location, Fantastic View. Though it is an under construction project I can monitor it from my balcony every moment of it

Horrible building. This building has major leakage issue. We have been suffering since monsoon begun. Not for family. Would never recommend to anyone.
