Amazing property, almost everything is available in the heart of Mumbai city. Off course with some cost. You will love the amenities and building layout.

The park is made to cater our basic needs nothing very out of the world as per the price they are quoting for rent n sale .Apart from that ,it’s a alarming call for nonveg buyers .ppl don’t rent there flats to Muslim n non veg people .Ppl are with very conservative thoughts n hearts .!There many other better projects which are much better than Lodha park. Very bad construction.If you are thinking to buy the flat then I would just say forget the idea .it’s not worth a penny.

No visitor allowed without permission.Owner sends the OTP thru app, which needs to be verified at the gate.Visitor parking is available on 5th floor P5.After parking use parking lift to come ground and change the lift to go back on floor.Society is very clean.Worli sea-face view from the building.

It is very nicely placed, very close to many offices however the space is congested not because of the area it has but for the number of Apartment it has. so even though its a big area but considering the number of residents it has it looks cramped and yes it has a pet friendly policy and which has a positive side of it for the pet owners, and for others it is really not good.

A fantastic complex with high rise buildings with glass facade. Superb common activities in the middle of all the buildings. One of the finest project in the town.

We had gone to meet a friend who stays at Lodha. The place looks well planned and is one of the good townships in the city.

I m staying in parkside. Parking is big issue and very mismanagement.Registered complaint before 15 days but no response

Lodha Park as the name suggest is a very much luxurious project. It houses flats ranging from 1 BHK, 2BHK to 4 BHK. It has total 78 floor. Also, the view from the window is stunning. The windows openable area is only 30%. It has Lodha World Tower as its neighbour which is tallest residential tower in the world. Not to forget it houses Cricket Ground, Swimming pool, Gymkhana. Mesmerizing view from top of the building is a must watch. It a good place to live but the cost is very much high as compared to other project, this is mainly bcoz of area in which this property is located and also the quality of construction that they are offering. Flats are not that spacious but they provide a breathtaking view of the mumbai skylines. Its a premium residential tower which provides a decent life. This property is value for your money as it provides plenty of fresh air, natural light and spectacular views for an idyllic living. Must visit and check the sample flat in case you wish to buy any of these flats. The entrance of this property need to be improved as security ask a lot of questions and they will not let you go without OTP or owners permission.Fine Italian marble flooring, premium finishing and European bath fittings you can find all this here. Also, AC is provided from Lodha

The place is like a city inside a complex, excellent security and amenities. Only drawback work is very slow was supposed to be ready in 2018 still not complete. Those looking to buy an apartment in 2016 price grab the opportunity as prices are bound to rise post full finishing of the project

Not good tower at all the saint amand team which is the service provider of all the premises are worst they dont know how to manage the society at all the floors are left uncleaned all the staffs serving the services are rude and always fightingDont recommend staying or buying an apartment here and once you ask them to send any electricians,etc they ask you to call vendors from outside even if its a small issue

Wonderful place, decent construction but bedroom sizes are small. Sales people are good and courteous

There’s a 6 AM siren that goes off every single day, and keeps snoozing after every 10 minutes or so. It is such high frequency that there’s no way you can sleep through it. If you are someone who works late, be prepared to wake up 6 am every morning and not getting enough sleep. I believe this comes from the railway station across the road but is highly inconvenient. Lodha should really address this issue with the govt. as it will affect most residents.Apart from that, the complex is amazing and really well maintained. The flats are pretty good with a lot of natural light.

All in one facilities provider. Parlour, Hotel, Business meetings, ground, law, gym, spa etc is ongoing in the Park. Well maintained.
