Be aware of this builder, they have not been able to complete and deliver property as promised in Bangalore even after extension of deadline by 4-5 years. Buyers were forced to accept half constructed flat and finish on their own with no amenities, parking work done . There is no sign from builder to complete the rest of the property anytime in future. Now builder has started charging exorbitant amount of money in the name of maintenance and still they have not given basic bescom connections for the society even though customers were chargedPlease read review on pashmina waterfront before trusting and investing on the property from this builder

The apartment location is amazing and has good connectivity to other locations. Another good thing about the locations is that there is very minimal traffic and noise pollution here. It has all the amenities you can think of gym, swimming pool, jogging track, meditation lawn and more. So if youre looking for a luxury apartment with a great location, Lake Riviera should be your choice.

We were looking for a flat for a family of 5 members. I came across Lake Riviera. what a project! I loved every bit of it. The location, the amenities, the planning everything is planned with a lot of care.

Glad to have purchased a home at Lake Rivieria, the property being in Powai it provides access to almost everything in the surrounding, be it a school, or a grocery or a series of restaurants and cafes, you have it all here. Highly recommend visiting their model apartment, the open spaces and views as promised by their salesperson are evident.

We were looking for an upgraded lifestyle around Powai. To our surprise, we found Lake Riviera that provided all the first-class facilities and amenities we were looking for.

Very good, illuminated and spacious floor plans. Very well planned society with amenities such as Squash room, chess court, childrens play area, swimming pool, club house gymnasium, etc. Construction quality looked good with good lobbies at the entrance, internal cemented road.

Beware of the builder - completely unethical and cheat. They defrauded the people in Bangalore - you can look at the reviews of their bangalore project.

Beware !!!!!!!Pashmina is a good project, but they do not complete the project at all. Its been more than 10 years in Bangalore they havent given any amenities.Forget that basic Bescom connection is not there. They lure with amenities but do not complete . We booked this when our kids were young and now they are teenagers and we yet cant move. Poor management , no communication and transparency. They get money but invest in other projects. We are suffering here- We get threats every day tht electricity and water will be cut off if we do not pay maintenance. Even though we agreed to pay on Actuals, there has been no data provided to residents on the costs incurred, The Mumbai Management has never met or responded to any mails that residents write, They talk only for money , but not how to complete project. The Bangalore Team is ruthless , They disconnect the electricity at 5 pm and go home and we are fed up of this. Harrasing us especially during these times with disconnection when we have to work from home , having elderly ppl and schools. People the project may be good but management isnt.

2 and 3 BHK Premium Apartments with world class amenities at Lake Riviera, I am planning to buy 2 bhk for an investment, you can also go for it. Having Trust on Pashmina Brand and they dont do compromise on the quality of construction.

Heard terrible feedback about this developer - thank god for social media, the developer hasnt completed projects on time in Blr - delays upto 5-6 yrs when I confronted the sales team - they informed that they are a 3rd party team called Zenado or something - overall seems like a scam !!
