Location isnot good view is not worth spending crores on a flat without views

Building construction is ok. Complex is very small, only for parking purposes. The back side will soon be blocked by platinum life. Rooms are good. Kitchen is quite spacious. There are four flats per floor. Abiut area, its c to apna bazaar main road. Many shops on main road for all needs. Its 10 mins walk from d n nagar metro station. Prices r high, as area is ok type and no facilities in building. Multilevel parking inside complex.

Nice Society to live here. I stayed here for 6 months. It was peaceful and very accessible to necessary locations

Spacious 2 & 3 BHK flats near D N nagar police station. Hardly 3 flats are available right now. One can go and see sample flat
