Economical for renting people. Connectivity to this place is a bit of problem. Otherwise one of the best places to live-in in Mumbai.

It’s a housing complex for middle class the construction quality and the drainage system is not up to the mark. On further investigation it is found that builder has not handed over the complex to residents to incorporate a society. The builder keeps on shutting electricity, water and lifts when people don’t pay regular maintenance. The rat s of the society have drastically come down in the past 2-3 years.

Its a big residential colony just opposite to Kohinoor city .It has almost 20 wings each 14 floors high. All facilities are nearby. Quite affordable and decent society in kurla

Nice and calm no one disturb u if u will follow societys rules and regulations.

The location is great due to its vicinity to the vidyavihar railway station and the phoenix mall also the homefoods shopping centre is a stone s throw away. And there are loads of everyday store and chemists to deliver at the doorstep. The colony is guarded 24*7 and each building has its own set of security and cctv surveillance.. basement parking however is flooded most of the time but only at basement 3&4. Basement 1&2 are good to use and all parking lots have surveillance too

Not a safe place to stay.good for slum people. Worst place.very dirty.murder,robbery.bhai giri ,cheater..If u want to stay safe.this place is not safe.

A residential complex in kurla west Mumbai, near kohinoor city and holy cross high school, its structures is bad and ok to live for Muslims with no choice and have to pay more to buy an apartment

Pathetic place, just dont stay there. Its horrible during BAKRI EID - everywhere you see, you can only find GOATS, be it parking lot, common area on each floor, from balcony at every place.Apart from it - the entire complex lacks ventilation, ppl lack civic sense.I dont have words to describe how this society sucks big time.

This place is close to kurla station, vidya vihar station.Phoenix mall is at walkable distance..Flats are good but few of them water leakage issue which affects the wall. The good deal is 1 bhk has 2 toilets. Rents are approx from 25000 to 35000

Only challenge is that a family can live here.. because the mix of religion is a bit strong..

Nice place to stay proximity wise, very near to BKC, and also Kurla Railway station & Vidya vihar station are at an average of 10-15 mins distance by road.Negative things are too many mosquitoes as construction is going on nearby, and building construction is also not very good, all flats have leakage problems. And yes important part is that its collectors land, which he has leased for 99 years.

Nice society to leave at the center of kurla.Nearest to pheonix market city kurla, 2 min of walking distance.At the center of two railway stations vidyavihar & kurla.

The homes here are spacious and airy but the buildings are too close and the construction work is really shoddy. Its a trade of between spacious rooms with balconies versus maintenance issues and water seepage at times. The biggest pet peeve with this place is lack of network - Vodafone doesnt work, Airtel barely does, Jio is ok. There are also no other facilities available such as gym jogging tracks, club houses etc.But on the plus side, you have phoenix market city kurla at a walking distance, and also lots of shops have opened up around the buildings catering to your daily needs easily. But if you can afford it, Kohinoor city houses, right opposite, are much better in all terms.However, the area has great connectivity to central and harbour lines as well as to the airport. It is also close to bkc n bandra east and hence quite convenient as a central point in the city.

Though the society members are trying hard to make up the construction flaws but it seems the plumbing and drainage quality is so bad that it will be difficult to recover, the most worst effected area is the parking lot, you will find water leakage everywhere. Even taking a walk from car park to lift becomes difficult
