Very dull building dont maintain it properly out of 2 only 1 lift is operating at a time so lift waiting time is huge. building construction is very bad all rain water comes inside the house from roof and sidewalls.be careful dont buy or rent home in this building.

There are 2 wings A and B. B belongs to old tenents whose 2storey blocks were redeveloped and accommodated. A-wing road facing is what the builder developed for sale, having 11floors(completed) and awaiting permission for 2 more floors since past 10years. Hence bldg is in an incomplete status and no proper parking allotted to owners who had purchased stilt slots. Moreover, old tenents are from class IV (poor working class, similar to all old tenements of tilak nagr area). Hence it is difficult for the middle-class of A to get along with B block tenents. Hence the dislike. I am trying to dispose of my 1400 sq.ft flat in this A wing block to look out elsewhere for a better flat in a better premises.
