They are cheaters. I had given my laptop for repair. While taking it they told me problem is with mother board. The next day when I was supposed to take it after repair, they told me that they had repaired the motherboard but the problem is with RAM also. When I argued that why did they not tell me that before, they denied to give me my laptop back and asked for Rs. 1800 first. I gave them Rs. 1800 for doing nothing. Later I took my laptop to another repair centre. They told me there was nothing wrong with mother board ever, and only RAM needed to be changed.

Staff is friendly and will help you with most of the requested items that you may need..

I went for harddisk replacement. They said it will take 10 days but even after 40 days I havent got it. I have visited shop 4 times and they didnt even bother to listen me and even talk rudely.

Worst experience with the tech age. I bought a wireless keyboard of price rate 1200Rs , I asked if there is any warranty they said no NO WARRANTY AND NO GUARANTEE. and believe me it stopped working just in two months. They deals with customers arrogantly. I didnt have trust. A person who comes from ground should not forget their past from where he come.
