Price quoted by them was excellent compared to other websites but because of very few minor scratches on my laptop, the vendor reduced the resale price, which did not make sense for such minor scratches.Overall the experience was good, pickup was fast and communication with the vendor was excellent.

The process was fast , but the people who come and check are not exactly proper technicians . They hold laptop 90° screen down and expect a physical hard drive to work without system restart. Secondly they have no proper sense of pricing , they quoted an i7 7th gen which is the latest as 15k since the warranty was a global warranty and would not show on Indian systems .
