No crowd.Fast service.I dont know wheter it was legal charges or not they have taken 300rs as a activation charge and 300rs as a first recharge amount(total 600) for my old number which was deactivated bcoz I havent used it for some months.

I went in the place to change my idea sim that stopped working. The staff was utterly uninterested and rude. They weren’t ready to change the sim and weren’t even closing my sim. A huge rip-off. When I asked to make an official complaint, Mr. Krishna Ghosh said that I’ll have to go to Andheri East and that the manager had no number.They were rude and in no mood to service. The lady on the counter Shivani was playing and toying with the phone rather than examining the sim. I’m switching my number and it’s only because of this incident.Worse experience ever. Please train your staff and keep the number for official complaints.
