I purchased 90k laptop and received refurbished laptop. Sealed pack laptop open in front of me . And went home there was already a photo in the laptop. How it is possible when u buy new laptop and u see a photo which was taken before I purchased the laptop. Date was clearly mention in the photo . Not recommended to buy from this store.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop on June 15, 2021, and was guided by Bhanwar Dewaji. Right from the time of purchase, I have never got the opportunity of using the laptop peacefully as I have been running around Lenovo Service Centre and Maxtech shop for some of the other hardware or software issues.Since I have been facing problems every other day and as I could exchange in the coming seven days, I couldnt as the laptop has been twice to the service centre and received my laptop itself after a week.Since I have visited the shop with the problem, I have been greeted impolitely, disrespectfully and keeping the covid condition in mind no safety measures were practised.#Stillunresolved

Laptop broken within two day of repair

Please trust me never buy a laptop from this shop they dont sell genuine product. I purchased the laptop in July 2018 and in 4 months the laptop display is not working when I contacted the customer care... They sent the engineer and the engineer confirmed that this laptop has been opened by a non-technical person it is a used laptop. I paid 55000 and now I am suffering... These people should not be spared! Please dont fall into their trap and Will look forward into this matter and I think I will definitely take legal action against them! Cheaters and frauds should be punished! Please support me

Worst service .. not a single star for this place.. Their service is poor, my laptop problem was wrongly detected by them, even though my laptop screen was ok, they told me to change the screen and charged me 2800 rs , when I made full payment, after few days , that problem was again happened. Again I visited there , then they told me that my old screen was ok, but some other problems were again happening, and the charges for that was too much high , because already I had done payment, and thats why they told me the high price for other problems. (But in general, the cost for that reparing is not too much high.) When I asked for bill, they didnt give me bill also. I was too much upset for their worst service. I suggest to never visit that place. Never .

Unskilled persons , non trustworthy shop!!!It was looking for ssd for my newly purchased Dell laptop so I went this shop with reference to my one of friend. Then they open laptop and attached ssd without detaching battery power supply. (This cause to corrupt my hdd). Then they try to install OS into it but no luck , hence they said me to goto next shop where another person will take care of it, but there also no luck, os not install. So I take back my Laptop and remove there ssd product.They said me “ Hame kya pata OS kyu nahi aa rahi hai, hum log responsibile nahi hai”So don’t go for any purchases or any repairs work. Mahavir, the owner of the shop is a fraud. They make money off their customers innocence. He sold me a used Lenovo laptop which he used as a demo piece. The laptop had scratches and false transparent vinyl stuck behind the screen to hide the scratches. If this wasnt enough, the configuration of the laptop that he sold me the laptop were also false. He said it was a quad core laptop and showed it in the device manager. But hardly anyone knows that the data shown in device manager can also be altered. The number of processors that is shown in the device manager is nothing but the number of threads. On running a tool that shows accurate hardware information it was shown that the laptop is of dual core processor. They will offer free accessories and add-ons but all that is a gimmick. All the accessories are fake and of low quality, Even the microsoft mouse that he gave was duplicate and stopped working within months. I sincerely urge everyone to not purchase any product from this store and to spread awareness of such fraudulent activities.

It sells fake/ second hand laptop showing them as new...this is totally a fake shop... I asked for surface 4 pro i5 128 gb....they told me that they will bring it tomorrow and will open the laptop in front me...next day they were about to open the laptop by cutting plastic lamination and I notified them it is i5 256gb ssd....instead of 128 gb....I also noticed and told them if this is brand new than how come the box inside it is damaged from corners and the plastic cover over it is inact as it is...they gave some lame excuse...I agreed to buy 256gb one just for 82000 with keyboard cover and told them to open the box....the box was dirty from inside ...s pen not working at all...and when I asked for manual it was not there....I kept asking them where is manual and they keep tried to divert my attention to spen by removing it battery and trying there best to somehow get that surface work....in the meanwhile someone from there side gives the manual and tells it has fallen down....all this fishy thing going on and at last I asked them to show me properties of computer and i was astonished to see it was only 4gb and 128ssd...these stupid fellows forgot to put the correct SP4 in correct case ....I walked out of shop without buying the laptop from these cheaters....they really give you these tablet at very catchy price like SP4 with keyboard 128gb-4gb and 256gb-8gb ram for just 68000 and 82000 respectively..
