My order number is 10560 , 30798 and 30762. I have email multiple times but never got reply. one of these Hardisk is getting corrupted every week. There have not provided the invoice. Also they are not allowing to send the item back for replacement. Ahmedabad Kingston Service Center is demanding invoice for replacement.OnlySSD.com selling cheap, duplicate and fake products and not giving any support after sale.I recommend to stay away from this company.

Have always found them ethical, trust worthy, supplier of genuine stuff, and this has prompted me to order many times over the years. Delivery to Delhi is usually in a day if ordered before Noon and last delivery was on Fedex!!!. However, scope of improvement does exist in terms of faster delivery times (by a few hours) or charging somewhat extra for expedited delivery. Also needed is perhaps a better website and order tracking. However, those are minor quibbles and overall experience has been fantastic.

Ordered silicon power SSD , which was in stock on website. Made payment. Even after week there was no progress, so we checked and they told SSD is out of stock. Complete un professional approach. They gave a corsair ssd in same price. But completely unhappy with service.

Impressive.The only thing I didnt like was the shipping issue. After entering and finalizing my pincode and location, they realized that it wasnt serviceable by their courier partners.
