I have been suffering due to poor configuration done by your team and ill advice on device to be purchased.1. Wrongly configured and advised switch2. wrong configuration of in and out biometric3. wrong software for IVMS which is not supported by windows 104. sticker of IP camera not taken off thus the video recording was blurry and mic did not record voice.5. Your engineer said he was going to raise some queries with TP link for which he had no idea and I never heard back from himI dont accept the response that your company is new etc. If its new then one must work with more passion to resolve customer problems! And if some knowledge gap is there then be open with the client. All the above mistakes have cost me time, money and peace of mind !!!Last but not the least when I called you regarding a concern you attended the call for a min and asked to connect later and never connected back!I would never recommend Image systems and regret having done business with the same!
