They kept my macbook for many months giving reasons about no trains due to lockdown .When everything else is working in Mumbai, they couldnt bring a laptop back from warehouse / repair location.When finally I got it back ( almost after 1 year) it is not repaired yet. On the top of it they told me that they broke the screen and changed it, that too of different color and this patched up screen has a dent. So probably they just attached a screen from another broken laptop. They never ever mentioned that on the several phone calls which I did for enquiring about laptop.So laptop kept with them for 1 year , still not repaired, and in addition to it patched up with dented screen.Really bad service.
